We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.

My husband and I had our wedding anniversary party at Olde Dobbin Station. You just can’t go wrong with this venue. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and dedicated. They are able to answer questions that will help you make the best decisions for your event. Everyone works well with the other vendors and that makes for a very smooth event experience. The venue itself is full of authentic history that you can actually see for yourself with the arches and the exposed steel beams. That type of aesthetic is not easy to replicate and gives ODS a distinct look and feel all of its own. The chapel is very versatile. There is not a right or wrong way to set up the space for a wedding ceremony. Added bonus: it also has a groom’s suite! Even the bridal suite is rich in history and as an original building, has been dedicated to brides and their wedding party as the ultimate place to get ready. The venue grounds are well kept and manicured. This leads to numerous outdoor locations for natural light photos. Not to mention, an outdoor ceremony location. This venue has it all! You will be very happy with your choice!

When my husband and I first started searching for a wedding venue, we knew we didn’t want something that was just for the day or night. We wanted a place where we and our closest guests could stay overnight and enjoy a fabulous breakfast together the next morning. Thankfully, we found this perfect venue. Tracy and Jennifer were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Jennifer, in particular, was so kind and accommodating, allowing me to visit the venue while it was unoccupied to do mock setups before the big day. This level of flexibility and support meant the world to us. I am forever grateful that we came across this venue. It provided the perfect setting for our special day and the warmest hospitality. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom to a larger 150 person main reception area. Dry Creek Gatherings is a beautiful, timeless new venue nestled in the woods beside a small creek in Magnolia, Texas. Step away from the world to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The main hall features soaring, arched timber frames surrounded by arched windows and doors that allows the natural sunlight to flow into the room. If an outdoor wedding is your dream, our large arched timber framed gazebo complete with crystal chandelier and up-lighting will be perfect for your ceremony. The bridal suite, complete with hair & makeup room features European decor and stained glass windows. The groom's room has masculine decor, also with a stained glass window, and a large screen television complete with a gaming system to play while waiting for your beautiful bride.
