About this venue

We believe each wedding deserves our full atteintion so we book only one wedding per weekend. whether the wedding is large (up to 250 guests) or small (as few as 24), we promise to give you and your guests the five-star hospitality and service we are known for. Because of this undivided attention, all our packages include guaranteed rehearsal time the day before, all day set up the day of, clean up the day after and on-site management for the duration of your event. As a small boutique hotel, overnight guest rooms can be added to any package! This makes day of preparations a breeze when everyone is in one place - no can be late or get lost! A private breakfast is included each morning for everyone staying and our Grand Hall makes the perfect gathering spot for your famly and friends to get aquainted over the weekend!

Dancing under the stained glass dome with friends and family tops off your best day yet!

Our ballroom features a stained glass dome from the late 1800's and sets the mood for a reception or small ceremony. Neutral wall colors and large windows work with any color scheme or style! Doors from the ballroom open to the large veranda and garden which are included with any ballroom rental! The adjacent catering prep kitchen makes serving your guests dinner, appetizers or cake easy and convienant for all your vendors. All our packages include some round and rectangular tables.

Our garden is perfect for your outdoor ceremony, overflow for your reception or your rehearsal dinner. The New Orleans metal work, adjacent veranda and year round greenery let you and your guests enjoy the outdoors in an elegant fashion. The arbor overlooks a wildflower prairie, highlighting Texas bluebonnets in the spring!

Spring (March/April) and Fall (September/October) are the busy seasons in our area. Our pricing is the same no matter what time of year.

Our slowest time of year is Winter (December/January) and Summer (June and August). Our pricing is the same any time of year.

Yes! We do not have a liquor license which allows you to BYOB. We allow beer and wine for no additional fee. If you have hard liquor, there is an additional fee and we require you to have a licensed bartender serving during your event.

We have a small private parking lot adjacent to the inn. Additional free parking is available in the public lot across the street.

Yes! Both our ballroom and garden have accessible entrances. Most of our guest rooms are upstairs which are accessible only by stairs. We have one handicapped accessible guest room located downstairs.

All our packages include all day access with clean up the following day with a four(4) hour event. If you have your ceremony on-site we add one (1) hour for no additional fee. Additional hours can be added for an additional fee. All events must be over by midnight.

No. Our commercial policy covers overnight registered guests and guests attending a scheduled and contracted event.

While different packages have different benefits, the following items are included in all wedding packages: sixty inch round tables (up to 20), eight foot rectangular tables (up to 10); use of a prep kitchen with access to ice, all day set up beginning at 10:00am; clean up the day after, four hour event with an additional hour if ceremony is on site, rehearsal space the night before your wedding.

Brenham is located between Houston and Austin, Texas off of Hwy 290. From any of the three airports in those cities, it takes about one hour and half to get to Brenham. If you are driving, we are four hours from Dallas and Fort Worth, and just two hours from San Antonio.
