The Grace River Island team was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were punctual, attentive, and truly cared about making our wedding day special. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunsets and a private, intimate feel that was perfect for our medium-sized wedding. We booked the venue for a long weekend, which allowed us to spend quality time with our guests beyond just the wedding day. The large eating areas, pool, and picturesque scenery made Grace River Island the ideal location for our wedding celebration. I cannot recommend this venue enough - it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Vasari Country Club's resident Executive Chef will personally see to it that you and your guests’ taste buds are delighted. His team can whip up a wide variety of food tailored to your specific tastes and can serve the same in plated or buffet style. The in-house team can also take care of the setup and cleanup and can provide you with all items that can support you in making your event a success. They also have an event planner on site to oversee everything. While every wedding is special in its own way, a Vasari wedding is unlike any other. You can see it for yourself when you come down for a tour of the grounds.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect. Meghan is the most wonderful person to work with. She made everything so easy for us from day 1! She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She went way beyond “day of coordinator” duties. She constantly checked in to see how the rest of my planning was coming along and helped in every way imaginable. We had a sudden an unexpected death. My husbands mom passed away 3 weeks before our wedding. We weren’t sure if we could even go through with our plans and she did not push us to. She offered alternate dates and gave us the time we needed to make such a tough decision. We decided not to postpone after all and Meghan went above and beyond again in helping us honor my mother in law that day. It’s hard not to get emotional when I truly think about how much she meant us throughout this process and how different things would’ve been without her. I’m forever grateful to her. I can’t say enough nice things about this venue, everyone who works there and even the members. Everyone is genuinely kind. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. We would get married here every single day if I could.

Facilities and Capacity This venue can accommodate up to 240 of your friends and relatives. Ceremonies typically happen in their Garden and are followed by receptions in their Ballroom, Reception Lobby and Veranda.

How do you pull off a wedding amid COVID and with a threatening hurricane? Lance Fletcher and Grandezza, that’s how. The facility accommodates 300 people, so plenty of room for social distancing among our 100+ guests. A little bit it adjusting for the cocktail hour to ensure we followed the COVID orders- and the day was a huge success! Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved the outdoor terrace just off of the ballroom. The food was amazing. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. Lance and Stephanie went out of their way to make certain the wedding was a success. My guests comments uniformly included the word “impeccable.” We considered other venues including Sanibel Harbour and Gulf Harbour - but I think I got more for the money and ultimately a more beautiful wedding reception at Grandezza. Thank you Grandezza for delivering the fairy tale for my daughter.

This venue was AMAZING! Abby is the Vineyards event coordinator and she was absolutely perfection. Our big day ran smoothly because of her organization and attentiveness. 10 months prior, my mother and I met Abby during a tour of the venue and we were both floored by how respectful and kind hearted she was. The venue itself was stunning and a perfect choice for our wedding. It was clean, beautiful, organized, and extremely spacious. Thankfully the Vineyards is very comprehensive and they took care of all the table linens, floor plans, food accomodations, parking, etc. Every detail I could think of, the vineyards had it covered. Over the last year of working with Abby, she was extremely responsive to any and all emails and very thorough. If I sent an email at 10:30pm on a Saturday, she would respond by 10:35 that same night. She would remember little details like when I had exams for my Master's program and sent an email reminder to ensure all was well. She was truly a gem to work with. We were very blessed with this venue and with their very helpful and sweet staff. Also, the food was incredible!!! If I could do this day all over again, I would immediately book with the Vineyards. They are worth every penny and more! I will recommend this venue to all our friends who will be getting married in the future.

We had our wedding ceremony on the Miss Naples Catamaran and it was an absolute delight. The team was quick to respond to all of our questions and very communicative throughout the planning process. The open-air space provided a fun and unique setting for our special day. Captain Daniel and Lauren did a phenomenal job making sure my guests were well taken care of throughout our sail. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to exchange our vows - the Miss Naples Catamaran made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

I truly can not say enough about the team at Hilton Marco Island. As a planner, the relationship with the staff at the venue we are working with is paramount to the success of the event. It is not always that the venue has the clients best interest at heart but at Hilton Marco Island, they truly do. This team goes above and beyond accommodating my clients needs again and again. They are friendly, kind and service our clients with great respect and attentiveness. The grounds are a perfect blank slate for modest or lavish events. The size of the hotel is perfect to create that boutique experience while not being on top of your guests. I always recommend considering Hilton for our high end guests that may not have them on the list assuming they are not equip to accommodate a high end event but I can tell you from experience, they are.

Tween Waters was an absolute dream. We had our wedding on the beach (5:30 PM) and reception (6:00-10:00 PM) in the Wakefield Room. Logistically, it was so nice to have everything, including lodging, on the same property. It cut down transportation time between venues like other weddings I've been to. We structured our wedding day so that the entire morning, we spent time with our loved ones at the beach, and got meals with family on site which was so relaxing and fun. We wanted our wedding to feel like a family vacation and Tween helped us achieve everything. We worked with Debra who is beyond amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and worked above and beyond to ensure our day was incredible. All of the guests raved about the food and desserts. We opted to get a spread of Tween's desserts instead of a wedding cake because we love having options and are so glad we went that route. Tween is also extremely detail-oriented, especially if you have guests with food allergies. Our guests who stayed on the property had an absolute blast, and many of them now want to make Tween a part of their family vacations. Tween has many different package options that are customizable depending on your guest count and preferences. Getting ready in an ocean-facing cottage was out of this world amazing and relaxing. Staying on the property allowed flexibility in my outfit change and was able to rinse the sand off our feet before the reception. We were also able to get amazing sunset photographs in my second outfit. Our only regret is that we wish we had extended our stay by a few days after the wedding. We didn't want to leave!
