New Water Farms sits on a peninsula of 22 acres with a panoramic view of Lake Martin and is a gorgeous location for a wedding. We offer a beautiful indoor and/or outdoor venue. Our venue provides a rustic, unique and memorable setting for your special day. The classic view offers a premier location for your waterfront wedding, whether it’s a pull-out-all-the-stops elegant affair for 250 or a smaller rustic celebration. For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Situated in Eclectic, AL, Marsgate is an elegant mansion wedding venue. Near Montgomery, Auburn, and Birmingham, it is run by the Marr family, who is dedicated to making a couple’s wedding vision a memorable reality. Their goal is to ensure a seamless experience throughout the planning process and the event itself. The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. The Marrs' dream was to create an event venue that offered a luxurious and convenient venue complemented by amiable hospitality. Inside the mansion, couples and their guests will encounter classic architectural details accented by numerous amenities and stylish furniture. With 12 fireplaces, 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, lofty ceilings, and more, the mansion's sense of grandeur can be felt from the moment of arrival. Marsgate is located on a property spanning more than 70 acres with 20,000 square feet of space for weddings.

The perfect setting for an unforgettable event, PowerHouse Private Event Venue provides three buildings, the Lower PowerHouse (seats 200 comfortably), the Upper PowerHouse (seats 200 for ceremony comfortably, 100 with tables comfortably) and the Forebay (can seat up to 350 comfortably), -all a unique combination of past and present. While the building is steeped in history, PowerHouse offers modern entertainment and catering options. PowerHouse is beautiful and comfortable, yet a break from the norm.
