We were thrilled with The Gallagher as our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, direct, and thoughtful. The venue itself is stunning and they were very accommodating to make our vision a reality. Our day-of coordinator Jenna was fantastic - she made sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our special day. Guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Even though it was a hot July day, The Gallagher kept us comfortable with their climate control. At the end of the night, they cleaned up and packed everything to go home with us. I would highly recommend The Gallagher to any couple looking for a beautiful, accommodating venue with superb staff to help you pull off the wedding of your dreams.

I could go on and on for days about how awesome Hearth House is… I mean, I kind of have been. Got married about two months ago and continue raving about this venue, the vendors, and the people involved. First, the all inclusive package was such a blessing. I didn’t want to do an all-inclusive wedding at first, because I thought that meant I couldn’t DIY any decorations or anything, but I was so wrong. The all inclusive package meant that hearth House did all the hard work for me and finding all the vendors. They have a trusted list of vendors that you can pick from, which I felt so good about because this isn’t their first rodeo, but it definitely is mine. I’ve never done a wedding, but they do this all the time, so it felt really good to put my trust in these people. I can’t go on any further into explaining how awesome, seamless, and easy our wedding was without mentioning Autumn, our absolutely incredible wedding coordinator that we were so blessed with. Autumn made my husband and I feel so very special and valued during the whole planning process. We never once felt like Autumn wasn’t on our side, which was so helpful, especially having no idea what we were doing. She assured us, encouraged us, and took so much weight off of our shoulders. I had a friend planning a wedding around the same time we got married, and I would touch base with her every once in a while… The stress that she was going through to plan the wedding and communicate with all the different vendors and getting them approved and what not put into perspective how lucky we were for Autumn and the team at hearth house that was taking care of us. I had so many people tell me that I wouldn’t want to have to think on my wedding day, and Autumn is the only reason that that was a possibility. Because of her, I got to enjoy my wedding day. There was never a time I felt rushed, or out of control, or confused on what was supposed to be happening. I had full confidence in Autumn, and this is coming from someone whose first phrase as a baby was “I do it myself”. My wedding day was so special and I got to spend so much good time with people and my husband because I knew Autumn had everything under control, and if I needed to be somewhere, she would come grab me. If I needed to do something, she would come tell me. She is assertive, but so so kind. She was my brain for the day, and as a chronic over-thinker, it was so nice to be able to give her my brain for the day and relax and enjoy a day that I have spent so much time an energy planning and thinking about. If this is sounding like a love letter, it kind of is lol. I could not recommend Autumn and the team at Hearth House enough.

We loved everything about FruitCraft! The venue was beautiful and the staff took such great care of us. We are vegans and live a pretty healthy lifestyle and wanted that same experience for our guests on our wedding day. and wanted an all vegan wedding which during the booking process they assured us it was going to be possible. They created a custom vegan menu for us based on our favorites - ceviche, pastas and delicious vegan dessert bar! They were so flexible with us which really made us trust them to create the best day for us.

Brooklyn Winery was the first venue that we looked at and we immediately knew that it was the perfect fit for us. The space is absolutely beautiful and has the perfect layout for a wedding. The greenery wall was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. We also loved the skylights and all of the fun lighting fixtures throughout the space, which made for such a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We also had wonderful interactions with every single person that we worked with at Brooklyn Winery. Our first conversation and venue tour with Tatiana was extremely informative and helped to answer all of the questions that we had. This made us feel comfortable in our decision to choose Brooklyn Winery for our wedding. We got to meet more of the venue staff during our tasting and all of them were so kind to us. Everyone came over to introduce themselves and get to know us. We had dinner at the restaurant after our final walkthrough and were able to see some of the venue staff from the tasting, who remembered us and happily accommodated our dietary restrictions. And most importantly, we absolutely LOVED working with our Event Manager, Marissa Allain! Marissa was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, providing quick responses to all of our questions. She kept us organized and thought through every little detail so that everything would run smoothly on the day of the wedding. Marissa helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process of wedding planning. She was so warm, genuine, and thoughtful and we feel so lucky to have had her as our event manager. We don’t know how we could have done it without her. The food was also a highlight of having a wedding at Brooklyn Winery. We had several guests with food allergies / dietary restrictions including dairy free, gluten free, pescatarian, vegetarian, and more. Brooklyn Winery was able to help us modify the dishes that selected to accommodate all of these dietary restrictions and make sure that there would be something for everybody to enjoy. And the food was delicious! We were blown away at how good it was and received countless compliments from friends and family. Thank you to the Brooklyn Winery team for helping us have a beautiful wedding that we will remember for the rest of our lives :)!

Bluedress was everything we imagined and more. The venue is so beautiful and well kept while maintaining a rustic and off the grid vibe! Something I’ll never forget was the moments leading up the ceremony. Our morning was raining nonstop and we got a little nervous with what was to happen. After feeling like there was no choice but to have our ceremony inside, Amelia was right there to tell me we could still do it outside even though our ceremony was to start in 15 minutes and we already moved everything to inside the barn. Amelia made it happen for us and her sense of care is so pure and authentic. Amelia is one of a kind made us feel comfortable and heard every step of the way during our journey. We have so many good things to say about this venue and our guest still can’t stop raving about the decor, food, music, bar service etc! We are a very happy couple who will always remember and cherish our beautiful wedding at Blue dress Barn!

My husband and I have been members at the Churon for a few years now so it was an easy choice for us to have our wedding here. The gazebo and view was perfect. The entire package was so easy and perfectly priced. Angela and Meilee were friendly and always had a quick response to our questions. Angela was a great coordinator and made our reception look absolutely lovely and our day so seamless. Both our families raved over the food and service from Enrique and Paola. It was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried in our tasting was so good it was hard to decide. Also, the wines and beer were so great. The service was better than perfect. I would do our wedding here over and over again. Everyone that attended love the venue and the hotel. We can’t wait to go back and stay! Highly recommend and love every person there.

I got married here at the beginning of June and it was the best day of my life and Forgotten Barrel definitely made it an amazing day. When I first came here to tour the place, Alyssa made me feel like a bride and not just another person looking for a venue. She was easy to work with and definitely was one of the many selling points of picking this venue for our wedding. The day itself was flawless and all our guests had a great time here. We also came at a perfect time of the year because all the flowers were blooming and the place looked extra beautiful. I definitely recommend this place you won't regret it!

Let me start with District Winery is a fabulous wedding venue! For starters, it is gorgeous inside and out with a besutiful waterfront location. That alone wooed us, but the real wooing came from Latoria, the DW sales manager, who was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly patient answering all of our many questions before we signed the contract and afterwards letting us know the next steps. Another fantastic aspect of weddings at DW is that they assign you an event manager - and now this is where the big, huge thanks come into play. Samantha was absolutely incredible to work with! She was our event manager and left no detail unaccounted for. From our first email exchange to our final walkthrough and then the final, final details, she answered every question and ensured everything was set and ready to go. She is very detail oriented and the spreadsheet she gave us to complete with all of our decor, dietary restrictions, etc. ensured fantastic organization and that everyone was on the same page. Day-of, I could not believe how perfectly everything turned out with our decor, flowers, and food. The food at DW is fantastic - if you haven’t been yet for a visit - go! Everyone knows that you don’t go to a wedding and expect great food and wine, but that is not the case here at DW. After our unbelievable tasting night (which was just insanely awesome), we had to narrow down our favorites which was hard to do!One of my favorite aspects of a wedding is cocktail hour and they delighted with the passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations (including a cheese tower), and bar! Also, as my husband and I keep saying- the best money we spent was on the gorgeous and fun champagne tower! Obviously, I can’t say enough great things about our wedding at District Winery. If we could do it all over again, we would and we wouldn’t change a thing! Huge thanks to Samantha and District Winery for making our dream day come true!

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

I has my wedding at this venue in June 2022 and it was absolutely amazing. Getting married in my early 20s, planning a wedding was super intimidating but with the help of my Coordinator, Meaghan, I felt like a burden was taken off my shoulders. I loved the venue and how I could personalize the space to make it how I visioned. The outdoor ceremony area was so beautiful and the landscaping is always stunning. This is such a little hidden gem and is at an awesome location! When I had my tasting, I was shocked at how good the food was and it tasted exactly the same when the wedding day actually came.

Vecoma on the Yellow River will always hold a special place in our hearts as it is where we had our wedding reception on June 8th, 2024. We found this venue back in 2022 when we started our wedding planning and fell in love with the grounds and the river in the back. This is a stunning location for a small, intimate wedding, reception, or any other special occasion to celebrate. DJ Kirk is amazing to use for your music! He had our guests dance all night long with us and never had anyone leave the dance floor with the fun music he continuously played. The food was amazing and served wonderfully to all the guests and the bartenders and servers were very punctual and made sure the guests were taken care of. Vecoma made sure the bride and groom were taken care of and also made sure the whole bridal party was enjoying their time as well. I highly recommend having Caroline take your wedding photos, she did such an amazing job with ours that our families still talk about how wonderful the pictures are. She did amazing work not only at Vecoma but also at another location where we had our wedding ceremony. She has an amazing eye and knows how to make fun pictures with the groups while also having those beautiful couple pictures that are absolutely breath-taking. We love Vecoma and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a garden type of location with a scenic view of a river but also a place that knows how to have a good time with your loved ones.

The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

Four different options for ceremony, with the Lath House being my favorite, indoor heated and cooled bathrooms, paver stone tented reception area and many, many more features. Our experience so far with Waterloo Village and their staff has been amazing. From the moment we walked onto the property at Waterloo, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue! Between the beautiful farm, the adorable animals (love the alpacas), the gorgeous canal and historic homes, and the venue itself, we made our venue decision very quick! We got to see all of the ceremony spots which were all beautiful in their own unique way, but since our wedding is in summer we fell in love with their Secret Garden location. It is tucked away in the trees and just gives very magical vibes. So we are super excited! Once we picked Waterloo as our venue, it only got better from there. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)! At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. We cannot wait for our wedding at Waterloo Village!

On the way to the venue, it was 1.5 hours from our house, I told my then finance, now husband, that it was a waste of time touring Red Oak because I didn’t think our guests would travel far to be with us on our wedding day. But boy was I wrong. As soon as I got to Red Oak my mind immediately changed. I knew it was the place I wanted to marry the love of my life. Nancy, the owner, was the one that gave the tour. She had just gotten done cutting the grass and was as humble as a person can get about her business and the services they offer. I mean, have you seen many owners cutting the grass of their own business? 100 acres at that? I hadn’t. From start to finish, wedding planning was an absolute breeze. Dana, made payments, contract, meetings and anything in between a pleasure instead of a headache. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure planning went accordingly. Christina, was my day of coordinator and she met with me multiple times and answered any and all questions of mine without an ounce of annoyance (I wasn’t a bridezilla but my anxiety was through the roof because of the person I am lol). She made me feel at ease when we met and talked. She was honestly amazing at everything leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was running around the day of making sure we had the perfect day. And we did. If you’re looking for easy planning, amazing Coordinators and an affordable wedding venue, book with Red Oak Valley. I promise you won’t regret it. Our location is on 12.6 acres of land on the Little Applegate River. The property is home to a small winery and tasting room, Wild Wines, and residents. The wedding ceremony location is perched above the river under the shade of large cedar and oak trees, but you may also choose your preferred location anywhere on the property. The celebration area is around the winery where the bar and bathroom can be accessed and where food service and seating can be set up, as well as electricity. As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we ask that you please keep this in mind before requesting to connect. Depending the time of year, you may require a tent for shade or rain protection. This is not something we provide, but we are happy to refer you to local outfitters. My husband and I booked Wild Wines for our small wedding in October 2023. We actually didn't set foot on property until a few weeks before- slightly terrifying, I know- but when we arrived, we were blown away. The venue was better than we could have imagined, and was very close to the cute town of Jacksonville, OR, where my husband and I stayed. Carla was extremely lovely, patient, and helpful. She was very down to Earth and easy to work with. We had no problems getting tables delivered and Carla worked seamlessly with our caterers, taking a huge load off of me during our big day. For a DIY bride with a modest budget, Wild Wines was an absolute dream. Carla was very responsive and normally got back to us within a day and she was apt to ask questions throughout the set up process and the event. The venue is also stunning for any season, and the tasting room on property is wonderful for cocktail hour or simply getting out of any "lucky day" rain. I would highly recommend Wild Wines for any wedding- especially small cozy ones. We will definitely be back to visit and reminisce! Thank you so much, Carla!

The staff’s communication and attention to detail was appreciated and really sets you up for success, especially if you have never planned a wedding before. We texted, video chatted and had a planned schedule with our coordinator, who made sure everything flowed smoothly on our big day. The package deal was very fairly priced for the quality, and the open bar kept drinks flowing in our hands constantly. I especially appreciated how they checked in to make sure my groom and I were happy and had everything we needed throughout the celebrations. If you're looking for a venue that combines rustic wine country charm with first-class service, I highly recommend Danza del Sol!

I helped my friend plan her wedding here, and it was such a beautiful wedding. The bride had a LOT of decor but the team there set it all up perfectly. The wedding was in December but the weather was still great. The venue is stunning, and her pictures came out amazing. She went with the venue's recommended vendors and they did a great job. My husband and I recently used Summit Manor Reception House for our wedding reception. It was wonderful!!! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional! They did a great job keeping the events of the night flowing and moving along and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Also, the food was delicious and they had a great variety of menus to choose from. Most of all, the owner, David, was SO accommodating, flexible and helpful!!! We had several special requests and he helped us with every one of them. Also, he was very helpful in planning the entire evening and helping our vision of the evening come true!! This is a beautiful place to have a wedding reception or any special occasion. It was perfect because people could be and do whatever they wanted throughout the evening. They could be outside or on the front porch talking and enjoying the beautiful weather, in the main room dancing, upstairs playing games or downstairs at the bar enjoying a drink! Absolutely EVERYONE enjoyed themselves!! Also, the cost is VERY affordable! There are several perks like they don't charge you to cut and serve the cake, you can bring in your own alcohol and they provide all the center pieces. Our 100 person wedding at Paradigm Gardens in April of 2024 was perfect. For starters, their Private Events Director Karen is unparalleled. Communication was clear and consistent from the very beginning, and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us. As two more laid-back brides, she made sure we didn't overlook any important details. Our budget was fairly limited, but Chef Pat over at Karibu Kitchen (Paradigm Gardens' Catering) made the most of every dollar we spent. The food and bar packages were, hands down, the best we encountered at any venue in New Orleans. Our family and friends still tell us it was the best food they've ever had at any wedding. The team even went out of their way to make sure our bar included our favorite brand of pickle vodka shots which turned out to be one of the highlights of the night. The location in Central City was perfect. It allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner downtown, and also take our pre-ceremony pictures at Audubon Park without requiring much driving time to and from the venue. The lush garden was more than we could have asked for as a backdrop. We said our vows in a short ceremony then watched the sunset over cocktails and dinner. The jasmine was in full bloom which made for awesome photos. The goats were a big hit with our wedding guests and the outdoor kitchen acted as a sort of fiery centerpiece to the whole evening. We had a local DJ playing New Orleans bounce and spent the majority of the night on the dance floor under the string lights. Without a massive budget, we anticipated having to compromise on a lot of aspects to be able to afford a wedding in New Orleans, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We will forever be grateful to the folks at Paradigm Gardens for giving us the wedding of our dreams.

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

You cannot beat this venue--and especially not in the Bay! Let's be honest, your guests have been to a thousand rolling hills/greenery/farmhouse weddings. They want something different! Enter Riggers. A GORGEOUS view of San Francisco right on the water, industrial chic vibes, walls aligned with wine barrels, string lights as far as the eye can see, boats passing by during the ceremony. Like a legitimate foghorn happened during our vows--where else can you get that?? Our guests LOVED it and kept telling us how unique the venue was. Plus fabulous wine and champagne and a great price! We chose the option where the venue stayed open to everyday customers during our wedding (they partition off half the venue for the wedding using wine barrels)--and not only did this not detract, it actually added to the experience! We loved seeing these people we didn't know watch through the windows, and after our crowd cheered at the end of the ceremony, we came inside and that crowd of strangers cheered, too! It was phenomenal, and that setup also allows us to keep our costs low in one of the most expensive areas to have a wedding in the country. To top it all off, the staff is wonderful. Barbara and Kevin were incredibly responsive, and the bartending staff was as nice as they come. We love Riggers. I cannot imagine doing our wedding anywhere else--and you shouldn't either. It will forever be a special place for us. So excited that we can go back as everyday customers and relive the most perfect night over and over.

We had visited Zorvino several times before getting engaged and always enjoyed the quaint and comfortable setting. One of the most important things to us in selecting a venue was that it welcomed dogs and was affordable. Zorvino fit the bill perfectly. Their wedding packages made things so much easier and saved us from having to research and find vendors for our big day. Our wedding planner was wonderful, very communicative and accommodating. The venue even did a great job adjusting to my (the bride) various food allergies. I could not recommend them more highly.

We just had our wedding at the end of June and DPV was absolutely incredible!! Our wedding party stayed with us the whole weekend leading up to our Saturday wedding, and it was so amazing being able to be together during that whole time, rather than just on the wedding day. DPV was more than accommodating and the communication throughout our planning process was quick and helpful. DPV had staff available to help our wedding vendors with set-up and clean-up, which made everything so seamless. We would highly recommend DPV for any one wanting a bit of a non-traditional wedding experience!!

The planning team is top-notch so far and I chose their in-house bar service.. They're helping me bring all my wild ideas to life. We're even planning a silent disco for the reception afterparty! What I love most is how they let me be me and have encouraged all of my ideas for my wedding theme. We were extremely happy with our wedding at Oak Grove! The venue is gorgeous for photos and set up perfectly for a seamless flow throughout the evening. The greenhouse was intimate and unique for the ceremony and the reception is stunning as well. Our wedding coordinator, Sydney, was phenomenal to work with and was great about working with our vendors to ensure our night was seamless! All other Jorgensen vendors (catering, florals, etc.) were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Many of our guests stated that the food was the best wedding food they have ever tasted and our florals were beautiful and set up exactly as we discussed. Sydney, the servers, bartenders, and all other event staff did a fantastic job of hosting our guests and bringing our wedding vision to fruition. We had a great experience at the Oak Grove venue and are grateful to have worked with such a kind and hard working team!

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Amanda and Todd truly made our wedding memorable. All the guests commented on how beautiful their property is. Very professional and easy to work! We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Fortunately we had perfect weather, but their venue has the best back-up plan to hold a beautiful ceremony indoors if you need to or want to!

I don't usually take the time to do many reviews. But, it brings me joy to do a review for Elope in Austin. We had a very short time to plan a wedding and I looked everywhere for a venue that would fit our needs. After many weeks of searching for a venue, out of nowhere, I stumbled upon Elopes website and I was thrilled. To be honest, everything looked too good to be true. I decided to reach out to them and I'm glad I did. From the initial communication to the wedding day, everything was great. The Elope team did an amazing job getting everything together for us. We decided to go with The Classic package and it was perfect. When they tell you they take care of everything so you don't have to worry about it, they really do mean that. All you have to do is pick the simple things like colors and music, etc. You know exactly what to expect from them and they answer any questions you may have in a timely manner.  Planning a wedding can be really stressful, if you want to avoid all the headaches of trying to make all the arrangements yourself, I highly recommend you contact Elope In Austin, you will not be disappointed. Lorelei and the rest of the team are true professionals and my wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out. I hope this review helps anyone that is looking for a stress free wedding.

Family owned and operated Haue Valley ownership and staff provide great communication, clear directions and an amazing 3,000 piece Something Borrowed Closet with everything a bride needs to decorate the ceremony and reception areas. The ceremony area is outdoors and is versatile. There’s an alternate ceremony location on-site in case of rain. The alternate ceremony location isn’t the reception area. Yes! No need to rearrange the tables and chairs! The Groom’s Room has plenty of seating, a bathroom and is spacious. It also has a TV, shuffleboard and PlayStation to keep the guys occupied. The Bridal Suite is fabulous and beautiful in its own right. It is large, beautifully furnished, has a bathroom is and well lit and equipped for getting ready on your wedding day. Last, I will say that the entire site is beautiful and has many spots for pictures so there’s no need to go to other locations for photos. There’s a waterfall, a lake, a vineyard, an ivy wall, giant rocks and several other places that make fabulous backdrops for your wedding pictures. So glad we chose Haue Valley for our wedding venue!

It was absolutely magical to walk in to the venue on our wedding day and have everything already set up. This was my first time visiting the estate and meeting the Event Coordinator Colleen Larson. I have to say that from the minute I passed through the gates I felt welcome approaching the beautiful grounds. I photographed a georgous wedding at the Chapel, which was just lovely. Colleen guided me in my days prior, as well as guiding my session as the Wedding Photographer. She was a true help to the couple in their wedding details. Her guidance was gentle and friendly and willing to help in a minutes notice. I recommend this beautiful estate to all who are thinking about upcoming events. Truly a gem of a place.

God I don't even know where to begin. We started our planning and venue search 8 months before the date. Valle Vista was the first place, and the only one that we looked at. They had every single little thing we wanted, and infinitely much more that we never would have thought of. The different appointments throughout the process and the purposes they served, such as selecting the cake and choosing runners for tables, or finalizing how everything will be looking for the big day. They were there with us every single step of the way. On our day, Amelia was an absolute gem to everyone, including the ushers, bridal parties, and guests on absolutely everything and anything to make the event function smoothly. There's no words to describe her and the staff's work other than being a truly well oiled machine. The food and cake was exceptional and all the guests loved it. It's impossible to put into words how incredible the whole day was, and I wish I could put it all into this small review. Not a single bad thing was said about anything by anyone all night, and rather they all had such a one of a kind time. None of this would have been possible without choosing Valle Vista. My only recommendation when it comes to event planning. The venue has all inclusive packages as they have a team of preferred vendors from photographers to DJ's to bakers. The country chic look is perfect for anything from a rustic inspired birthday party to a romantic inspired wedding. They can cater your food needs as well as your decor needs and everything in between. They have beautifully decorated suites above their barn for brides/grooms, quinceañeras and anyone else who needs to getting ready at the venue and suites also double as rentals for Airbnb. They also have a bar with licensed bartenders to serve up yummy cocktails. You cannot go wrong with this venue. Say "I do" today at The Ranch on Vinton Road!

We got married at Bad Seed in June 2024. It was the first venue we toured and we knew it was perfect right away. Devin, Albert, Brandon, and the rest of the Bad Seed team are so down to earth and communicative. They gave us great advice about how to make our wedding day amazing. We wanted to DIY our decor and music, bring in our own food vendor, and have a casual garden party vibe. Bad Seed was super flexible, letting us choose whichever vendors we wanted and giving us tips for great service providers in the area. Because they only do one wedding per weekend, we had the entire day before the wedding to set up (which we needed!) as well as the entire morning/afternoon before the big event. There was always someone at the venue to help with whatever we needed, even going above and beyond to help us lay out the tables and set up decor. We wanted an indoor/outdoor wedding. Unfortunately, mother nature had other plans with a heat wave and thunderstorm moving through the area. On the bright side, Devin and the Bad Seed crew made sure we could do the whole event inside -- even going out to buy a big industrial fan to make sure the taproom stayed cool (we didn't end up needing it, the AC did its job!). Bad Seed is also SO reasonably priced compared to other wedding venues in the area. There was no nickel and diming or hidden fees - just an honest price and a great value. During the actual event, the bar staff went above and beyond to take care of us, checking in on us throughout the night and bringing us drinks so we didn't have to wait at the bar. It really made us feel like a million bucks. Oh, and our guests were raving about the cider :) If you're looking for an awesome, picturesque wedding venue in the Hudson Valley, Bad Seed should be your top choice.

I cannot recommend Redland Farms enough! My high school sweetheart and I got married there and it was THE best experience. Every detail of the property is so high end and elevated. They made all my dreams come true! The staff was incredible, and the property is truly a slice of heaven. We loved getting married under the beautiful oak tree! The white barn was the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos! The bridal suite was the perfect space for me and all my girls to get ready. The fire pits were perfect in setting the romantic vibe! They have twinkle lights hanging everywhere which made it feel so special. The farm will always hold a special place in my heart and we enjoy going back at Christmas time when they open for Christmas trees and reminiscing on our special day there. 10/10 would recommend to any couple! You will NOT be disappointed!

We had our wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley on 5/13/23 and could not have dreamt of a better experience—from our first time touring the venue to the day itself. The event manager Lauren is such an amazing asset to City Winery and she helped us create a vision for our wedding and then execute that vision to absolute perfection. Every single guest that attended our wedding described it as “magical” and I truly couldn’t think of a better word. We had our ceremony outside by the waterfront, our cocktail hour in the courtyard, and our reception in the main falls venue. Each space is so beautiful and dreamy and fit our guests perfectly and the transition from one space to the next as the night went on was seamless. The restaurant remained open during our wedding, but we never would’ve known as the staff did an amazing job of keeping our event separate and private. The food and drinks were amazing as well! Overall I really can’t recommend City Winery enough. From the start I knew I could trust the staff to make my wedding dreams come true and they couldn’t have done a better job. I’ll be having our 10 year wedding anniversary party there one day!!

We were so lucky to find a venue that could have easily accommodated a last minute indoor ceremony if weather turned. Fortunately for us it was a bright and sunny day. We were so pleased with the reception hall located just inside the outdoor ceremony site. Having the ceremony, reception and accommodations all on the property was the biggest selling point for us. My husband and I and our closest friends and families stayed in the luxurious woodsy cabins for ease of access to the wedding weekend. The impeccable organization and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our celebration was flawlessly executed, leaving us free to savor every moment with our loved ones. Clayton, the owner, assisted us with planning and bringing our vision to life. He was always available via text , email and phone and was a constant source of support throughout the months leading up to our wedding. He stopped at nothing to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted, down to managing things behind the scenes day of. The onsite cabins provided a cozy and comfortable retreat for our families, allowing us to extend the joy of our wedding day into a weekend long celebration. The gorgeous surroundings combined with a camp fire corral set in front of our cabins, provided a really fun close to each night we were there. We cannot recommend The Hillside at Red Rock enough to couples and families seeking a magical wedding venue surrounded by the beauty of the Texas hill country. The listing pictures don’t do Secluded Garden Estate justice. It’s absolutely beautiful in person, especially for an afternoon wedding at golden hour. Our guests are still telling us how beautiful the location was several weeks later. Our wedding photos look like they came right out of Lord of the Rings! The venue includes three separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception, with convenient electrical access, kitchenette, and guest restrooms. The hosts, Emily and Dennis, were incredibly easy to work with and put us at ease right away. They are knowledgeable without being pushy, and professional without making us feel like we were being sold to. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue.

Camp Lucy was above and beyond in every way! The space was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the experience itself was so wonderful. Our account manager Laura was always so helpful and very sweet and friendly, she helped everything go so smoothly and was super at communicating and answering all of our questions! The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect mix of outdoor-indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception. The bridal and groom suites were gorgeous, and our food and drink service that morning was wonderful. The Camp Lucy catering and bar staff were also phenomenal the entire night! We stayed on-site in one of the resort suites, and that experience was also above and beyond thanks to the lovely staff. Aside from being a beautiful venue, Camp Lucy is also a wonderful resort with really cool historical points and a great (seriously, so good!) restaurant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary!

We had a wonderful experience working with The Pavilion. The beauty of the venue and the pricing (compared to venues in the greater Chicago area) were what initially attracted us. However, the food through Henrici's (the exclusive in-house catering) and venue staff were incredible assets. We were very lucky to work with Lexi, Jill, and Stacie, all of whom were incredibly patient with the many questions I had throughout the process. Guests repeatedly told us how excellent the food & beautiful the venue was, asking how we found the place a couple hours away from home. We could not recommend The Pavilion more!

It's absolutely stunning in person, and the variety of locations within the property for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception made it feel like were we getting three spaces for the price of one--four if you count the stunning photo shoot we did on the mountaintop. Jaime was absolutely incredible to work with (and recommended our outstanding coordinator as well). She was flawlessly professional, but warm and kind. We trusted they knew what they were doing, but we never felt like we were dealing with a wedding factory. This place is an absolute gem.

Brides, you want someone who knows your space when you get to planning final details like where should the bar, photo booth, etc. go. My now husband and I were also planning this wedding from Washington DC with a limited amount of time in Seattle to come onsite to complete venue walk throughs and final tastings. The Venue Manager always accommodated us, coming in on Sunday to do our final walk through. I am so relieved to say our day went perfectly as planned - not a single thing went wrong. I would highly recommend Columbia for their wine and their beautiful space, but even more emphatically because of the Venue's Manager.

Where do I even start?! The Barns at Wesleyan Hills (and all of CT Wedding Group) made my wedding dreams come true! Their customer service is over the top incredible. From the moment that I inquired about the Barns, until the last second of our wedding night, they were so responsive and helpful. They understood the pressure having a wedding can put on you and did their best to take the burden off of us. The food! I am a vegetarian and have a very specific palate. They worked with me to create a new dish that I wanted to eat on my wedding day. So many people came up to us at our wedding and gushed about the food, citing that they would have no idea it was banquet food that was serving 150 people. Every dish and appetizer was handcrafted to perfection. The venue itself was gorgeous and set the scene of our romantic and relaxed wedding day. The outdoor ceremony location on the venue’s property was such a nice thing to have, and we transitioned into cocktail hour right after our ceremony. The location of the venue was great too, about 2 hours from Boston (where we live) and 1.5 hours from most of our family that lives in Southern CT or New York. Once the day got going, we undoubtedly knew we were in good hands. Casey, our day of coordinator, expertly handled all of the little details and completely took the stress off of us. We can’t recommend this venue and company enough, they are certainly amazing at what they do and make you feel like you are their only client. I wish I could rewind and celebrate with them again!

I am not going to lie, there were a few times we were very nervous about booking with Trademark Venues at Green Gable. Our coordinator changed very early in the process, and we weren’t informed why. We did the food tasting and we were so disappointed with everything we tried. We then spoke to someone higher up who helped us customize our menu without getting extra costs. Day of the wedding, everything went absolutely perfect. Gina was a god send, paying attention to every detail. She handled everything and made sure the day was stress free for us. So many guests told us how delicious the food was, so we were thrilled as that was what we were most nervous about. And I can confirm that the cupcakes were sooooo good! Seriously could not be happier. Gina was amazing and the venue is absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely recommend booking Green Gables!!

Our day was perfect because of the outstanding staff and the care given to this venue! The venue is gorgeous uand our guests raved about how classy the location was and the gorgeous views of our day. Kim checked in with our families throughout and the day to make sure our expectations were met and to alleviate and concerns or potential stressors. If you are looking for a quaint town to have your wedding, you must check out this hidden gem! It is a venue that will have you loving your big day and all the photo opportunities! They are an inclusive venue and never made us feel uncomfortable as an LGBT couple.

After searching high and low, my husband and I decided on the Ranch at Stoney Creek. From the moment we stepped on the property, the beauty took our breaths away. From the pond at the entrance to the barn and grass area, to the upper area in the trees and grape vines where we had our ceremony. Michelle and Leon have the perfect property for that rustic/country wedding feel. One of the highlights I felt that made a difference was the fact that there are rooms on the property for the bridal party to stay at. Since we lived in Utah and all our friends are still in California, it was a great bonding experience to spend the weekend with them. All in all, they do a great job to keep the weekend running smooth. I would highly recommend this venue!

The Red Barn Ranch was truly our dream wedding venue. Not only is it rustic and beautiful but it radiates love and family. The Rorabaugh's are the most down to earth and loving hosts you could ever hope for. They are there for you when you need but they also allow you a lot of freedom to create the exact experience you want. And they work hard to accommodate whatever you need for your special day. For example, she allowed me to have alpacas at our wedding and talked to the Alpaca handler about the best way to get in and set up so I didn't have to. Our wedding was a dream; from the rehearsal dinner at the venue and staying in the bridal suite, to the hustle of getting ready, to walking down the aisle and finally to dancing the night away. The accommodations were unparalleled and the venue is so beautiful, it saved me tons on florals and decor. Also when booking this venue, you get access on Friday and don't have to be gone until 3 the following Sunday. They also allow guests to camp in tents or bring RVs. This was one of my favorite parts about our wedding. A lot of my family stayed in their RVs and the morning after the wedding, it was the cutest and most fun little camp site. The proprietor woke in the morning to feed their cows and invited my little cousins to join. They also brought out their horses and my niece got to ride a horse for the first time. The pond is an adorable hang out spot where they allow catch and release fishing and rides around in the canoe plus it is an amazing background for pictures. My little nephews were having the best time chasing frogs and catching fish. When you book your wedding or other special event with Red Barn Ranch, you are not going to be disappointed. You are booking the most perfect experience with some of the most wonderful and caring people.

Longshadow Ranch Winery was a beautiful venue for our wedding day. For the price, you can't beat the lush location that allowed us to fully customize the event to our liking without the venue dictating how our special day would flow. Dave was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and really made us feel we had the freedom to craft the wedding of our dreams. The only hiccups were some communication issues with the office staff in the final two months leading up to the big day regarding payments and contract details. While delayed, after contacting Dave on this matter, we did eventually get responses to email inquiries but a phone call option would have been preferred for timely resolutions. Overall, it was a beautiful venue and great value, we just wish the communication was more consistent in those important final weeks. Everything was 5 stars, unfortunately the communication, which I value a great deal, was the only lacking quality. Which, if this is the only area to improve, I think this speaks to the overall quality of the venue. Note: I would give 4.5 if I could!

What an amazing venue. Beautiful, efficient, convenient, and professional. Their staff is very helpful and nice. I felt at peace on my day of because Kourtney, my wedding coordinator provided by the venue, completely knocked it out of the park. Only downside, there is very minimal contact until about 2 months away from your wedding.

The twinkling lights, music, and dancing beckons you towards a tiki bar where a bartender is serving up fizzy drinks and fun cocktails. You stop. You soak in this moment. You smile as you run towards the dance floor and realize: this is my wedding day.

Tropical Paradise in Geauga County! I kept telling my husband when we were looking into venues, "I want somewhere close to the water that's peaceful and I want it to feel like paradise, but I want to get married not too far from home". Most of our family is from the area, so we wanted somewhere that we didn't have to travel super far either. I had been looking for DAYS and everything was either way too far, way too expensive, ehhh, or just not at all what I was thinking. My husband hopped on Google, and said "Hey, how about this place called Shangri-La?" I looked at the pictures and I was like "Where is this place?!" He said "5 minutes from us". I could NOT believe it! It was GORGEOUS! The pictures are amazing but don't do it justice. I immediately reached out to Pam and Rod who own Shangri-La with interest. They said we could come and look at it that day if we wanted! My husband and I went and fell in LOVE! So so beautiful, and they have clearly spared no expense on making it so elegant, beautiful, convenient, affordable, and just magical. They were so amazing to work with. I knew when we parked and walked down the walkway even only seeing a small area of the location that was it. That was the place we were meant to be married at. Pam and Rod were so unbelievably amazing to work with. So caring, so organized, so attentive. They even offered us to set off fireworks at the end of our wedding (we got married on the 4th of July). It was truly the best day of our lives. I didn't worry about a thing, everything went smoothly, and they were just so great to work with! I will absolutely be returning to Shangri-La in the future as they can accommodate you for any kind of gathering you have in mind! They even went the extra mile; I was in a very bad car accident about 2 weeks after my husband and I got back from our honeymoon. I was in the hospital for a days and had broken my neck and had surgery on my knee that left me re-teaching myself to walk. Somehow, Pam and Rod had found out that I was in a car accident, and they stopped over at our house with the sweetest care package and card. It truly made me cry. They are such sweet and wonderful people. And we had such an amazing visit. Pam and Rod are just such unbelievably genuine people. You just feel like you're "home" when you're at Shangri-La. I cannot say enough about Shangri-La and Pam and Rod <3

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees.
