Homesteads Events is a division of Homesteads Management, one of the Piedmont and Western North Carolina fastest-growing and well-respected event & hospitality companies. A small non-descript utility building on the premises, while listed as a “noncontributing” structure, is believed to have been a carriage house for the David Ramsour House (ca. 1820) which occupied the property years ago.

The Crawford Farm is a beautiful event venue in Statesville, NC hosting weddings, receptions, reunions, parties, team building activities, and more. The Crawford Farm is in a country setting and unlike any space in Statesville! 10,000sf of indoor climate-controlled space with a comfortable mountain lodge feel. Elegant lighting, majestic cedar trees, 3 exquisite rock fireplaces, tongue, and grooved wood ceilings, beautifully done concrete tables, and floors make up this wonderful relaxed atmosphere.

We are a small to medium sized barn venue. The authentic circa 1950 cattle barn and reception pavilion have been renovated into a useable, rustic, yet charming facility for weddings, vow renewals, showers, retirement parties, anniversary parties, etc. We opened in 2017 and have received Cleveland County’s Best of the Best Wedding Venue Award from the Shelby Star each year since that time. We have three ceremony sites to choose from: inside the barn, on the front lawn of the barn (weather permitting), and on the lawn slightly south of the barn (weather permitting). We also have had ceremonies inside the reception pavilion. The panoramic view from the reception pavilion deck is a favorite spot for photos and gatherings. This area overlooks the firepit, as well as the highly photographed views of the gorgeous sunsets.

The farm is a unique experience. located outside of charlotte, in quaint Lincolnton, the farm offers a homestead for you and your guests to immerse yourselves in, as well as a beautifully restored barn for your main event. Lush landscape, beautiful sunsets, private chef and concierge on site, the farm is ideal for your wedding celebration, family reunion, or continuing education.

The Lodge on Brier Creek is private wedding venue located in Roaring River, North Carolina. The modern barn event facility lies at the heart of 155 acres of lush woodland and rolling green meadows, surrounded by picturesque mountain views. The venue was recently updated in 2020.

The Emerald Woods is a beautiful historic venue in Western North Carolina hosting weddings, small personal retreats and private gatherings. Imagine getting married surrounded by forest on all sides, deer hidden in the woods and with the backdrop of a historic house that is hidden from view from the rest of the world. Your host, Lilly Bakken, purchased the property in August of 2020 and since then has renovated every room within the house and is now continuing to add to the landscaping with an abundance of flowering trees, hydrangea, dahlias and other perennials. Many outside seating areas have been added to the property, quiet little nooks for conversation and for guests to connect with each other.

Chairs, tables, linens, dishware, utensils, glasses, serving dishes are included in the price. There is a kitchen with 3 ovens, stove top, microwave, 3 refrigerators for use during your event.
