This beautiful building was built in the late 1800s as a railroad station to support the loading, unloading, and storage of freight. In 1990, it was restored to become a function hall that can easily accommodate 120 of your closest family and friends. The leather belt-driven ceiling fans, wooden phone booth, beadboard ceilings and walls, vintage baggage cart, and authentic gas-fired, pot-bellied stoves add to the charming atmosphere of this function hall. Our hall is the perfect setting for weddings & receptions. There is also the option to add our Out-of-Town Guest Suite for overnight stays. This one bedroom quarters is a one minute drive and a short walk to the venue hall.

The Seacoast Science Center is situated on the ocean’s edge in historic Odiorne Point State Park in Rye, NH boasts a different view each hour, from the tides to fog clearing into clear sky. Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion. Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding themes.
