Ashton Gardens, Corinth was the perfect venue for us and our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly thorough, prompt, and friendly in their communication. The quality of their work was truly impressive. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and the venue looked absolutely perfect on our wedding day. The staff felt more like family by the time our big day arrived, and they went above and beyond to help us achieve our vision. They even assisted us in surprising my fiance with a string quartet performance! Hallie and her team were everything I could have hoped for (professional, trustworthy, focused and fun) leading up to our event and on the day of making the day run so smoothly. Our dj Cody was a perfect fit for us too, he had great energy and read the room beautifully making perfect song selections. The expierence and value we received was worth every penny, and we are so grateful to the Ashton Gardens team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

We chose Aristide FlowerMound because during our search to find a LGBTQIA location to have our wedding, we met with Emily Blanks and she went over everything in a matter of 45 mins and we toured the venue. She also told us a little about her background and family, which made us feel very comfortable. When we left the meeting my husband and I said this is IT! Little did we know it would be one of the greatest decisions that we made for our special day. We then got paired with our Wedding Coordinator Kait B. When we met with Kait we let her know that we had an outside planner that would be working with her and she worked really well with her. Kait was such a joy to work with, she helped to make some of the most stressful situations seem like nothing at all. We highly appreciate all that Kait did for us. She was not only our coordinator but she became a friend in the time we spent together. Thank you, Deshun and Ricardo Lewis-Walker

We got married a little over a week ago at the Wildwood Inn, and I cannot say enough about how obsessed I am with the venue and about how wonderful everyone was throughout the entire process. The Wildwood Inn was the first venue I looked at when planning our wedding, and it was the last because, frankly, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate. The ability to stay in the 14 guest rooms was a highlight for us, as most of our guests were from out of town, and on top of being a nice gesture to some of those guests, it also allowed us the opportunity to visit with them further after the wedding without having to move to a bar for an after-party. The ceremony space is perfect for anyone having a smaller, more intimate wedding (we had just under 60 guests), and the pergola and string lights lent it an ethereal feel for our evening ceremony. We haven’t gotten our pictures yet, but since we forgot to make an unplugged ceremony announcement (oops!), we have some photos from guests that tell me our professional pictures are going to be beautiful on this backdrop. The reception took place in the dining area, and we opted to keep the bar out on the patio, which allowed us enough space to keep the dance floor inside (rather than moving it to the patio, which was the alternative option for larger parties). With six round tables (seating 10 each) , the dance floor was big enough to fit everyone who wanted to boogie but not so big that you felt like you were dancing in the open! Our coordinator, Madison, kept everyone to task, helped to fix my bustle when I kept tripping, and made sure we didn’t miss out on any of the food (she pre-packed some desserts and left them in our room). She also made sure a guest could get a last-minute lactose-free meal, made sure we got our custom drink glasses on our table, and helped with numerous other requests! The planning process was a breeze (especially compared to what many other brides seem to experience)! Kaleigh, our planner, was great to work with and answered all of my spur-of-the-moment questions promptly. My initial concern in picking an all-inclusive venue was that I had less control over each individual element. And it’s true that I probably spoke for 45 minutes cumulatively with the floral team, 20 minutes with the photographer, 10 minutes with the DJ, and only sent over info pictures for the cake. Even with Kaleigh, I probably had a total of three hours of face-to-face time. HOWEVER, each of those meetings was purpose-driven and structured to get the answers they needed without wasting your time, and I was so incredibly excited to see how wonderfully my vision came together on the day of…the florals, food, decor, music, EVERYTHING was perfect. If I have one critique, it’s that we weren’t able to get into the venue until 3:00pm for our 5:00 ceremony and so getting ready & doing our first look felt a little rushed. That said, if you’re looking, like I was, for a low-stress wedding and a beautiful place to have it, Wildwood Inn is your place!!

Working with Madison as my wedding planner at the Monroe Pearson was an absolute dream come true! She was always available to answer any questions, to meet at the venue when I needed to, and went above and beyond to make our special day totally unforgettable. From the first time I met her to the day of the wedding, every detail was covered and made the entire wedding planning experience incredible. Madison’s detail-oriented and confident approach to wedding planning was exactly what I was looking for. She took every detail I gave her and assured me it was or would be taken care of. Her attention to detail and ability to help turn our vision into a reality was truly impressive, all while calming any nerves or stress I had. The day of the wedding was seamless thanks to Madison’s hard work and dedication. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was taken care of. Walking into the space and seeing how everything came together left me speechless. But, Madison also went above and beyond the role of a traditional wedding planner. She quickly became a friend that I knew I could count on. She even helped get my bouquet pin ready with the pictures of my grandparents because I ran out of time and was heartbroken it wouldn’t be done - she immediately took it off my hands and got it done because she knew how important it was to me. She also jumped in and helped with our kiddos throughout the night who had grown to know and love her throughout the months of planning and meetings, giving them extra snuggles before we made our exit, and just made sure that everyone had the best time possible. Neither of these things are part of her job, and are just a couple of examples of a very long list of things she did to make our experience personal and perfect. It’s no surprise though, as this isn’t just a job to her. She is passionate about creating your perfect day, whatever that looks like. She truly wants your day to be special and to be without stress as much as possible. She constantly went the extra mile throughout the entire process and there’s truly not enough good words to say about her. Madison is a one-of-a-kind planner, and a genuinely good person with an absolute heart of gold. The venue and vendors was amazing and perfect and was everything I had ever dreamed of, but without Madison, it wouldn’t have been what it was. The experience she provides is hands down what makes this venue a 10/10. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend Madison with Monroe Pearson to anyone looking to create unforgettable memories that will last beyond their lifetime. Thank you for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true, Madison! The experience you provided was priceless. We loved every minute of having you apart of our wedding season and the only thing I’m sad about is that it’s over!! You’re a rockstar and worth your weight in gold and then some!!!! Thank you, for every single thing, from the big details down to the smallest.
