Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Omg, where do I even start…I had the absolute pleasure of having Noelle from Laellekae as my coordinator for my recently passed wedding and she made all the difference. I used day of coordination services but it felt like so much more! Noelle was on top of everyone and everything from the moment we had our first meeting u til the day of my wedding. She was so attentive and I felt like I was literally her only priority when I spoke to her. My husband raves about her as well, she kept me calm through all of the weddings ups and downs. Not once did I ever really feel like a situation didn’t have a solution because she just figured it out! She is definitely money well spent because you don’t just feel like a client with her or her team. The day of my wedding we also had Prima on board who was also extremely attentive. Like I told her and I’ll tell you as well every Bride needs a Noelle, this Noelle!

From planning my surprise engagement to our wedding Carice provided smooth communication, was very responsive and handled any issue that came up with any vendors. She was very flexible and thorough throughout the entire process. She had great vendor recommendations and an awesome checklist that made our wedding day as smooth as possible from photographer, florist, dj, etc. As the day of coordinator, Carice did not stop moving to ensure our day went as we wished, even when things occurred she handled them with grace. Being new to planning a wedding, we had no idea what we were signing up for. Quickly into the planning process, we realized we needed help to pull off our special day. The process of finding a day-of coordinator felt overwhelming—until we found MK Events. Their sign-up process was a breeze, with a low initial booking fee that was incredibly helpful as we budgeted for our big day. The clarity with which they outlined their duties gave us the confidence we needed to know we were in capable hands. I truly cannot think of a single critique. Without Melissa and Kourtney, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. They held everything together with such grace, a fun spirit, and a calm demeanor that was not only infectious but grounding and very much needed on a day filled with heightened emotions. They became more than just coordinators—they were a safe space and a solid support system beyond what I can express in words. A moment that stands out in particular was when I had almost given up on the vision I had for our altar. I had 100% resigned myself to the fact that it just wasn’t going to happen. But Melissa and Kourtney went above and beyond to make it a reality. The way they brought that vision to life, down to the smallest detail, left me incredibly thankful. And the fact that they loaded everything back into the U-Haul at the end of the night was really an incredible help! Every part of the experience with Melissa and Kourtney was exceptional. Their calm and positive energy was exactly what we needed to counterbalance the inevitable stress of the day. We were even treated to a lovely surprise when they sent us some candid background photos they had taken and a lovely bouquet of our table flowers for both me and my fiancée, as well as our parents. Their willingness to step in and handle any task, from filling vases with stones and sand to troubleshooting last-minute issues, was beyond what we ever expected. These women are true superstars. We initially booked MK for day-of coordination because we didn’t realize how much would fall on us. We found ourselves becoming increasingly overwhelmed with all the tasks—decorating, moving decor, coordinating vendors and family photographers, and so much more. That’s when Melissa and Kourtney stepped in, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you, MK Wedding Coordination, for being the rock that held our wedding together. Emily was by the far the best wedding coordinator out there! She is amazing and I would strongly recommend her. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. I was very indecisive about a lot of stuff but she helped talk me through it and figure it out. There was a lot of wedding details I never knew about that she educated me on and pointed me in the right direction. She created a timeline and a vision board which we all really appreciated and felt was very helpful. We were in contact all the time and often times we spoke every day. Her contacting the vendors and being the point of contact for me was a blessing, especially the day of. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day knowing she was there. She never missed a beat. Amaka and her team took over like we wanted and literally covered everything. The best part was how they helped us save tons of money on our wedding. Don't be hesitant in booking. Book them with confidence and I promise you will not be disappointed. Everything about your wedding will scream luxury and will be well organized. The price you pay is well worth it Somehow they found a way to even get my husband involved in the planning process because Amaka made it a fun process. She also gave us a planning book to help keep track and our own personalized google sheet that literally had everything including our guest list and how everyone would be seated. Amaka was always available when needed and if she wasn't, she delegated someone else. My husband and I loved attending vendor visits with her and she would always offer to treat us to lunch/dinner whenever we had appts. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the wedding was blissful. I recommended her to a friend who has a destination wedding next year and they are already in love. A planning company that knows what they're doing, very honest with you rather than telling you what you want to hear and extremely resourceful. We also got to save on decor because they provided rentals since we booked the full service planning and Amaka with giving us tips on how to save on decor. We wanted them to actually do the decor :-( but they couldn't at that time and was honest about it. However, I am excited about ariscreationz doing the decor for my friend's wedding.

Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. They were very quick with timings and helped me with everything, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wish I had hired Charlene from the beginning, but things happen for a reason! I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am that I hired Dora to be our Day-Of Coordinator. It was by far the best money we spent on the entire wedding. It was such a relief to have her help during the final stretch (we hired her about 1 month before the wedding) and we wish we would have started working with her sooner. She was organized, knowledgeable, and professional. We were originally supposed to have our wedding under an outdoor pavilion, but there was a tornado warning that day and the pavilion flooded. The venue coordinator decided that we would be moving up the hill to their indoor space that luckily wasn’t being rented at the same time. Dora was able to manage all our other vendors and get our décor up the hill during a crazy storm. With only a few hours’ notice, she recreated my vision in a room that I had only seen once and had decided against almost immediately. The wedding flowed as if we had planned for this outcome the whole time and Dora kept her cool despite everything. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. We were so thrilled with the result and having someone I could trust to iron out the many issues we encountered was invaluable

She went out over her way in ever avenue to make sure my day was going to be the best day my husband and I could ever ask for! I had never had someone help me plan a party for me and I also wasn't going to hire anyone. I am so glad I did! She went above and beyond my expectations of a coordinator. The day wouldn't have been near as relaxing or beautiful and fully filled without her. There are not enough nice things I can say about Alex and her talent to plan!
