With over 8,000 sq ft. of climate controlled space, your guests can celebrate in comfort. All of our event spaces are ADA accessible, including a guest elevator and paving surrounding the venue. At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue. We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

Rich in familial history, Heritage Barn at the Dunham Homestead is a wedding venue located in Hamilton, NY. The property stretches over 200 acres, featuring undulating hills that allow for panoramic views of Chenango Valley. You can set up an aisle of your own design and exchange your vows. It maintains its classic, rich wooden interior and features a high vaulted ceiling, giving it a distinctly hallowed aesthetic. Boasting a capacity of up to 300 guests, there is ample room for each of your loved ones.

Hayloft open floor plan with built in large bar area, nice restrooms inside barn, decorative lighting with some old country charm furniture and props throughout. Black, round cocktail tables with assorted black chairs, larger round fold up tables all included for up to 125 guests. Set up how you wish! We also offer our large Lodge on-site (once a greenhouse) that can accommodate 8-12 overnight guests. We also allow daily rentals at our lodge for small gatherings/micro-events!
