We LOVED having our wedding at Stroudsmoor, and my husband and I are so grateful we chose them for our wedding day. We got married at Ridgecrest venue and had Malia as our coordinator. Not only was she SO helpful and communicative leading up to the big day, on our wedding day Malia ensured that the staff and other venders were coordinated and on schedule and managed all kitchen/food service as well. Every staff member at Stroudmoor demonstrated quality service, professional conduct, and incredible kindness and consideration for not only my husband and I but for our entire bridal party and guests. My guests were all raving about the hors d'oeuvres - many people telling me they're the best they have ever had, and can confirm they were all delicious. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. (also Ridgecrest was STUNNING, the landscape and setting is beautiful for photos)

We loved having our wedding at Montdale Country Club! Their communication was always fast and efficient over text, which made planning a breeze. The venue itself was simply gorgeous, with a spacious patio and gazebo overlooking the lake that made for beautiful photos and an unforgettable reception. The staff helped set up and take down decorations, and provided excellent customer service to us and our guests throughout the event. The food was delicious - all our guests were raving about it! Our guests also could not stop talking about what an amazing wedding it was. Between the gorgeous scenery, delicious food, and helpful staff, Montdale really helped make our wedding day special and run so smoothly. We highly recommend them for any couple's big day!

We received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was for our wedding, and we felt the same way during our tasting. Ashley and the chef, who I believe is her husband, go above and beyond to ensure the food quality is exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the inside of the venue was! The building is absolutely stunning, and it provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our photos. One of my favorite moments was walking into the reception and seeing our family and friends all around the venue, especially upstairs on the second floor—it was such a cool, unique experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we are so grateful for their hard work. The pricing is also fantastic—it’s straightforward, includes so much, and is truly a great value for what you get. Even though we traveled from outside of Philadelphia, I’m originally from the Pittston area, and it was well worth the trip! I would absolutely book this venue again for future events if I’m having them in the area. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Wildflower on Watts is truly one of a kind! It’s no coincidence that the abbreviation would spell W.O.W. because that exactly what you say the moment you see it. It’s described as a luxury barn venue and is exactly that. A large kitchen space, a 360 degree loft area that overlooks the entire main floor, beautiful and clean bathrooms, large ceiling skylights, and windows that surround the entire building to bring in a ton of natural light are just some of the features that set this barn venue apart from others. Not only is it unlike any venue I have seen in this area but it is unlike any venue that I have ever seen, period. It’s located on the most beautiful property that is surrounded by an abundance of flowers and impeccable landscaping. The owners are incredibly kind and work hard to make sure any wedding and/or event at their venue is everything you could want and more! They are hands on, punctual and communicative which is extremely important for any couple when picking a venue and planning a wedding. We had a Fall wedding at Seminary Hill and I couldn't recommend this venue more! The view is STUNNING. The house is perfect. The guest house is an absolute bonus (we invited close friends to stay next door). And the folks at Seminary Hill are a pleasure to work with, especially the property manager Bill. He was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. He helped us wrangle vendors before the wedding, he helped with setup and when any issues arose the day before, and he was just all-around a pleasure to work with. He made our experience so enjoyable and he was also instrumental to ensuring the weekend ran smoothly. We really couldn't recommend this venue more.

Cheryl was so easy to work with. Her communication was great and timely all before my special day. I felt like I never had a worry because my questions were always answered before the day ended. During the rehearsal, she was able to answer all my questions and give some pointers, which was super helpful to make our day go smoothly. I suggest you take her advice. She showed her confidence in what she does best, which only made me feel less nervous about everything going on. She and her staff were so friendly at the rehearsal dinner, specially with the special requests I had for a few of my guests. Our wedding went on without a hiccup. Her staff decorated my tables exactly how I wanted. She met with my photographer to show the grounds for photo options. She was readily available in moments and was on point with the schedule of events on my day. The food was great and it seemed like things went seamlessly. She came to one more rescue for our friends and family. The following day, we did not anticipate so many of our friends and family wanted to leisurely join us for dinner. She was able to set us up in a space to accommodate us at the last minute. Cheryl was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. Her experience and organization is paramount. She made us feel comfortable and confident with our plans. Our family and friends had a blast at the party and the grounds that weekend. Many said they would return, including us.

I never would have thought about having my wedding here, at a "ski resort." We are not skiers. What drew me here was a picture!! The inside of the Tent (seasonal location) was breath taking!! We were scrolling and clicking on EVERY venue listed. NOTHING had that "oh la la" appeal. My FH went to bed and I kept looking. Then, I came upon GP. The next evening I showed him and he said, "If you want it then let's make an appointment!" So I reached out and left a message. The Wedding Events Coordinator (Chelsea) got back to me in a timely manner and we set up a meeting. She showed us around to their other locations on site. Then we went into the Tent. And it was ABSOULTELY BREATH TAKING when we were inside!! It was definitely LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!!!! Chelsea talked to us about what GP has to offer, as far as wedding packages, etc. We booked GP by the end of 2021; and we just got married last month! In order to have your date, the venue and at the exact location on premises you want- you need to book ASAP!! Chelsea is an EXTREMELY busy woman with a lot on her plate!! I do think she needs an assistant especially around wedding season!! Lol!!! Chelsea does a wonderful job by herself, even though she does have a "team" that does wonders too!! She helped us through the whole process and gave some personal insight. She's very thorough with every single detail. She was AWESOME to talk to, deal with and plan with!!!! The food was AMAZING!!! Our guests couldn't stop raving about their appetizers during cocktail hour, the main meal for the reception (we picked out Country Side Glam Buffet), their cocktails, their rooms, and just the ATMOSPHERE itself is enough! The staff also plans meals for food allergies- a lot of other venues don't cater to this! Inside the Tent, it didn't feel like you were in a Tent. Don't judge a book by it's cover! Lol! We were the only wedding there on our day, so that definitely made it feel more special and enjoyable! We enjoyed working with Chelsea, the staff and Greek Peak!! The prices were extremely affordable! Some of my family and guests didn't REALLY want to travel 1.5 hours (minimum). After the wedding, they understood why we chose to have our wedding at Greek Peak. We, our families and friends, and other guests would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREEK PEAK for a wedding, a getaway, a honeymoon. You name it!! Thank you so much Chelsea, Greek Peak's staff & Greek Peak!!!!! Our Wedding Day was PERFECT!!!!!!!!

I will never have the words to accurately describe what our wedding weekend at Gilbertsville was like. To say it was a dream would be an understatement. First things first, we booked this place in the dead of winter - like actual snow on the ground - because even without knowing what it looks like in season we knew it was unreal. From then on, the process leading up to our wedding was nothing short of pleasant and exciting. The team - Sharon and Gina - are extremely responsive and never make you feel like your questions are too small or trivial, they understand how important the day is to you and are in the process with you. Our tasting with Shane and his team was just another incredible day that solidified we made the right choice. I've been to plenty of weddings but Gilbertsville's food is so spectacular and nowhere near just the typical churned out wedding chicken and steak. Then our wedding weekend came and we never wanted it to end. The property itself it's just so incredible, even the adults were reverting to childhood when they saw all the animals and the glamping tents. Katie and George took such good care of us throughout the weekend and were always positive, happy, helpful and matched our vibe of just being in a good mood. I truly don't have enough good things to say about this place as a wedding, or the people who work here. HUGE shoutout to Gina, Sharon, Katie, George, Shane and everyone else who gave us a memory we'll never forget. HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE

Peak season is considered mid May through the end of October and requires a minimum of 120 guests and a maximum of 200 guests. Off peak season is considered November through Mid May with a maximum of 90 guests. At The Arnold House, we don't just host weddings; we create a celebration that spans all weekend long.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. The Arnold House encompasses everything we wanted for our wedding weekend - the charm and warmth of the Catskills, a low maintenance energy with high quality offerings, and a versatile venue where each space felt uniquely different (even if we had to use the same room twice...cue cold weather and rain!) to make each night feel like its own unique experience and special moment. Working with the Arnold House: From the start, they were so flexible on making sure that what was important to us worked. For example, we had preferences on specific food and wines and the AH team made it so easy to swap (and even source!) what we wanted. This team has an incredible ability to transform each space into a beautiful one, from the spreads they put out, the greenery they pick as decor, the furniture they arrange, and all the small touches in between that matter...we are so impressed. Additionally, they were helpful to make our guest experience the best possible - accommodating special requests and just generally being warm and inviting people. Lastly, the Arnold House itself is always continuing to add and improve their offerings. So we were met with nice surprises throughout our wedding planning process. For example we got to benefit from new chairs and dinner tables, something we no longer had to think about renting. The Space and Food: Wow! Our band and dance party in the greenhouse was pure magic. And our sit down dinner in the barn was beautiful and romantic. At first we were a bit concerned about having the dance party in a separate room from dinner - but it worked out really well and actually was nice to let those who wanted to dance, dance, and those who wanted to sit and chat be able to easily do that too. We didn’t get to eat much (even though we swore we wouldn’t be those people) but our guests all said the food was great and we can say for certain that we loved the burrata, oysters, trout drip, flank steak, and pumpkin pie!! Friday was intimate and inviting in Shandelee Hall/the Sun Room with the fire burning and the wine flowing. Wood fired pizzas were perfect. The Tavern: It’s own unique experience and space - unique from everywhere else on the property. Pool table and “divey-ish” vibes - a perfect setting for junk food and afterparty. Sunday brunch was simply gorgeous in the greenhouse. Food was simple, but good, and displayed beautifully. Overall: As you can tell from this being the first review, this place feels like a really well kept secret. Having now had our wedding here, we want to shout how great the Arnold House is from the rooftop. If you’re reading this right now, trust us… make the call and visit the Arnold House! Emily and the whole team were fantastic and made our weekend feel really special. The Arnold House will always have a special place in our hearts.
