About this venue

Since 2006, Friedman Farms has been the original barn wedding venue in Northeast Pennsylvania and has witnessed hundreds of “I Do’s.” We are located approximately 15 minutes from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We are centrally located 2 hours between Philadelphia and New York City. Our historic barn has been preserved to maintain its original rustic beauty, but updated with elegant crystal chandeliers, climate control, restrooms, bar and more. We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Our pet-friendly venue is 7600 square feet and situated on over 150 acres of rolling fields, horse pastures and romantic willow trees. Our large deck off of the cocktail hour and expansive dining room areas overlook a landscape lighted stream, stone bridge and flagstone fireplace. Choose from three outdoor ceremony sites – secluded hilltop, flagstone fireplace or recently completed gazebo – or in case of inclement weather, our top loft inside.
