Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention a dedicated “getting ready room” providing the perfect space to prepare for your big day.

We just call it 1010 WESt. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic / industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

Built in 1924, the Historic Lakefront Estate is a 3.2-acre property situated in Orlando, Florida, boasts a wide range of amenities including a sprawling patio, swimming pool, bocce ball courts, and firepits, making it an ideal venue for couples to celebrate every aspect of their wedding day. The lush green lawn, surrounded by leafy oak trees and serene views, provides a picturesque setting for an unforgettable outdoor ceremony. The Mather Building is located at 30 S. Magnolia Avenue. It is a three-story building constructed by Edward Kuhl and James Delaney. The structure predates the major 1884 fire which began in Delaney’s nearby wooden grocery store, spread to Bassett’s Millinery Store and then to Dr. R.J. Gilliam’s Drug Store. The large fire also destroyed the printing plant of the Reporter, Orlando’s first newspaper.

The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.
