Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Event spaces include the main ballroom which opens to the stage, with a separate art gallery, which can host up to 175 guests seated. The main ballroom has 27 foot ceilings and grey walls looking into the stage, with historical aged brick walls and 45 feet airspace before the original theater fly nest. Historical and modern aesthetics collide at The Fariss. Located in historical Tampa Heights, Fariss Events is a designated local landmark in the Franklin Street Historic District also known as Yellow Brick Row. Your guests will dance on fully renovated, 100 year old Florida Birch floors and will have gorgeous Tampa views from mahogany restored windows. The Fariss is on the second floor of the Fariss building and two blocks from Armature Works, Water Works Park, and Riverwalk.

Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!

We just call it 1010 WESt. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic / industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

Nestled in the heart of Tampa Heights, THJCA Event Venue is the hidden gem of Tampa Bay. This location is more than an event venue, it's the perfect place for purpose. Every event hosted at the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association serves a greater purpose. THJCA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underpriveleged youth and our surrounding community. The lush green lawn, surrounded by leafy oak trees and serene views, provides a picturesque setting for an unforgettable outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres on the stylish pool deck while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the private lake from the outdoor kitchen and covered awning. The estate also features well-appointed guest bedrooms, dressing suites for the wedding parties, and ample parking for guests. PS: We do have a two-night minimum stay at the nightly rate in addition to the venue fee.

A 19th century historical building, The Robinson takes the decadent brick and old-school feel of the original construction and presents it in a vibrant and modern light. We are focused on being a gathering spot for any time of day or occasion, be it a business meeting, a private event or late night food with inventive drinks; the two stories are designed for it all.

The Mather Building is located at 30 S. Magnolia Avenue. It is a three-story building constructed by Edward Kuhl and James Delaney. The structure predates the major 1884 fire which began in Delaney’s nearby wooden grocery store, spread to Bassett’s Millinery Store and then to Dr. R.J. Gilliam’s Drug Store. The large fire also destroyed the printing plant of the Reporter, Orlando’s first newspaper.
