I was photographer for Golden Artist Colors, based in New Berlin, NY, for five years. I am currently the principal photographer for the Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown, NY. My work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, and Opera Magazine, among others, as well as winning awards and appearing in several galleries. I am a member of Nikon Professional Services, as well as the Professional Photographers of America.

But through exploring the different types and genres of photography, I settled on portraiture with an editorial or story-based style. Weddings were the natural outlet for this interest. They are beautiful, fun, and I can be creative. There is an element of joy and excitement that I am drawn too. Every wedding is different, but they all have these qualities.

When I'm not behind the camera I'm hiking, fly fishing and doing yoga. I'll use any excuse to head north to the Adirondacks. (Eagle Bay donuts is my favorite incentive for a day trip.) I'm on my way to becoming a licensed yoga instructor. I'm obsessed with how my hair smells after a day in the woods. If you can relate, we'll probably be best friends. I live with my amazing fiancé, Alex, and we have two kids who are way cooler than we are. We also have FIVE cats and two dogs.
