Conveniently located in the heart of Muncie, our forty-acre campus features beautiful garden venues, historic Ball family mansions, and a modern museum facility. Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. The Grand Lodge boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion perfect for cocktail hour and a relaxing firepit as your day winds down. Our open-air Waterfront Veranda is perfect for couples who wish to remain immersed in an outdoor, intimate setting. Illuminated by elegant lighting, your celebration will continue at the dockside bar with stunning views overlooking the water. We offer on-site lodging at one of our many beautifully appointed chalets. Ideal for bridal parties, out of town guests, and family.

The Lodge at River Valley Farm opened in the Fall of 2015 and was once a real working farm in the 1940’s for descendants of the Ball (yes, Ball jar!) family. The Lodge has been uniquely restored into a private sanctuary to host your dream wedding. Located in quaint Yorktown, Indiana, The Lodge sits on fifty acres surrounded by farm fields and woods, yet just a few miles from bustling Muncie. The property still houses the beautifully restored farmhouse from the 1850’s with all the modern amenities to fit in to a busy bride’s day of readiness. Located just a mere sidewalk away is the 5,000 square foot masterpiece fully enclosed space, The Lodge.

The Crystal Coop presents a rustic and charming setting for weddings, surrounded by nature. The barn venue offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a countryside celebration. Guests will enjoy the relaxed environment and personalized service. The professional staff ensures every aspect is thoughtfully planned, creating a memorable and stress-free event. The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

Charles Davis Mansion offers a stately and elegant venue, perfect for sophisticated weddings. The historic mansion's grand architecture and opulent interiors create a luxurious setting. Guests will be impressed by the timeless elegance and excellent service. The dedicated staff meticulously plans and executes every detail, ensuring a flawless and memorable event. The mansion’s beautiful gardens provide an idyllic setting for outdoor ceremonies and stunning wedding photos.

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. Both spaces offer additional accents that will make either "Oscar" the perfect setting. The Oscar Station and The Oscar Event Center can be booked separately or together. Your guests will love being transported between the two fantastic spaces via our monorail!

We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. We do not have any food or drink restrictions, so you can bring your own drinks and choose the caterer of your choice. Call to discuss which location may be best suited to your needs

The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. Once the home of Camp Isanogel, a summer camp for those with special needs, The Loft is a source of history and pride for the owners, Harry and Karen Holding. They raised their children just around the corner from the summer camp and enjoyed driving by and seeing the joy and hearing the laughter from the children at the camp throughout the many years the camp was in business. They are beyond happy to now see the smiles from the happy couples who have chosen to say their “I dos” on this one-of-a-kind, breathtaking property.

Our newly built venue offers a modern feel in a beautiful Country Club setting, perfectly located on the lush 18 hole golf course. Our event center is very spacious and features an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. We also have a fireplace perfect for those comfy winter weddings. Our venue also offers a full bar, and accommodation for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready for the big day. We also have options for an outdoor ceremony. We are all inclusive when it comes to providing food and beverage options, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own vendors for different aspects such as a photographer, Dj, videographer, etc.

At Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum we are ready to take your day from special to unforgettable. Surrounded by art and nature, our unique event spaces are the perfect setting for all your celebrations. Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park Museum is a 300+ acre outdoor sculpture park and indoor museum founded by Harry T. Wilks in 1997. Pyramid Hill is a 501(c)3 not for profit museum whose mission is to “Bring People to Art in Nature.” The vision is to inspire and educate our diverse visitors in a world renowned setting of art and nature and to be a catalyst for dialog, collaboration and contemplation. The event space must be reserved in advance and is booked on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made by contacting the Event Sales Manager to hear more about the three venues, and ample outdoor ceremony options.

A wedding venue in Cincinnati, Walden Ponds Golf Club offers a classic and historic site for you to celebrate your incredible wedding day. With a vibrant green golf course and picturesque outdoor views, your wedding will be absolutely beautiful!

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

Tucked just beyond a private meandering lane, one will be taken back in time to our Old-World Tuscan, open-air Pavilion. Thoughtfully positioned on a 17-acre Nature Preserve, Cedar Springs Pavilion offers a panoramic view of Ohio’s nature. Tin Roof Events is a rustic wedding venue immersed in the quaint beauty of Sidney, OH. No matter how large or small you dream your day to be, you can enjoy it in style in this beautiful venue. They will help to design your day and can also supply a selection of furniture and event rentals.

We are a non-profit family-oriented society preserving and celebrating its German heritage since 1954. We offer venue rentals to the public including two indoor spaces and a covered pavilion. We offer catering, bar and decor services.

Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 6,000 sq. ft. of space for events of all sizes large and small. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.
