Hello! We are Ben and Annie Judd, the owners/operators of Heron's Hollow. We have 25 years of Air Force service between us and are also parents to two little boys. Our #1 priority at Heron's Hollow is making sure you are relaxed and truly enjoy your wedding weekend. We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. You can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling to your wedding! We provide tables, chairs, arches, greenery walls, luxury trailer bathrooms, handmade wooden bars, wood rounds, ball jars, and so many more accessories! We have no restrictions on catering or alcohol... we want you to have your wedding... the way you want it! Reception barn has HVAC! New pics coming in July, see the new walls in the barn! The hummingbird symbolizes joy and happiness; its colorful appearance brings good luck and positive energy to our lives. Our vision is to provide a place for people to come together to celebrate and witness life’s most beautiful moments. The Hummingbird Chateau has multiple indoor and outdoor options for both ceremony and reception. Included in the venue rental is barn wood tables, white farm house chairs for reception, antique white folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies and pews for indoor ceremonies. Newly restored, award winning and historic stone barn from the early 1800's. The property boasts three climate controlled spaces allowing you to have the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception in different spaces. You get to choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony location with the option to move to the indoor ceremony space the morning of your wedding. Packages are designed to be all-inclusive and stress free with catering & venue combined. Day of coordinator, bartenders, and service staff along with all china, glassware, flatware & 59 colors of linens are included in our catering rates. All Setup & Tear down of your decor is handled by staff so you are able to relax and enjoy your day.

Located in the heart of Amish Country in historic Lancaster County, the mansion was built around 1845 by Captain William Fassitt as a place to host lavish parties and entertain guests. Which has the unique distinction of having been a stop for the underground railroad Today, guests still arrive to enjoy the tranquility of the rolling farmlands, or to take the short drive to outlet shopping, Longwood Gardens and the many Amish attractions of the region. The main house sleeps up to 24 with seven bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. The Fassitt Mansion and its two acres of grounds also provide the perfect setting for weddings

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.
