Our special event venue was designed to evoke an elegant, sophisticated, refined & historic appeal. This entirely-renovated, historic event space was designed with a Motor City ambiance and classic automobile-era aesthetic. The Dealership features amenities ideal for wedding receptions and any other special event you are planning. Amenities include an open kitchen, convenient electrical for lighting, audio, etc., easy-access parking and entry, an outdoor patio for weather-permitting use, and so much more.

Our boho themed space holds 50 ppl, tables and chairs provided. We also have a photography studio next door you can rent out or use for extra space. We host micro weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers etc.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. The White Barn at Country Barn Estates is centrally located in Henderson, Michigan which is less than one hour northwest of Lansing. Situated on 20 acres in a beautiful farming community with rolling hills and sweeping farmland. The White Barn is the largest facility in the region with professional staff and an absolutely wonderful indoor/outdoor environment which delights your guests. Allow your guests to capture silly and fun moments while at your event with the 360 Photo Booth that is provided with each rental. Property includes a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house called the Country Retreat to provide overnight lodging (6-8) and a space to host your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell breakfast, etc.

The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is an ideal location for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, or any occasion that can be made even more special by hosting it in a U.S. National Historic Landmark. Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels. We work with preferred vendors for catering to make your event exceptional.

Cadieux Stage is a stunning, Art Deco wedding venue in Detroit, Michigan, near Grosse Pointe. A successful production studio, it offers a unique and truly historic setting for couples. Since 1937, many household names have stood its stages. Cadieux Stage offers over 7,000 square feet of main stage event space, accommodating more than 300 guests. The stage has white-washed infinity walls, controllable LEDs, and overhead cyc lights to make your celebration feel just like a movie. This space can be used for ceremonies, cocktail events and receptions with its open floor plan. Overlooking the sound stage is the Green Room, a retro lounge with a pool table, darts, a dressing room and a shower-great for getting ready or unwinding between the festivities. The commercial kitchen allows for seamless catering. Hosting your wedding at Cadieux Stage gives you full use of its venues and meeting spaces. The Freighthouse, next to Frog Island Park on the north side of Depot Town, has been used as a community center, hosting the Depot Town Farmers Market, a café, and various community meetings and events. The Freighthouse is part of the Ypsilanti Historic District, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites.

We are located in Bannister, Michigan and were transformed to a barn wedding location in 2011. The owners realized that a rustic and country chic wedding was what they wanted soon after their engagement. A site rich in Detroit’s automotive history. Established in 1927 by The Packard Motor Car Company, this unique site hosts multiple Albert Kahn designed buildings, located on 17 acres. It’s a lovely venue for weddings, car shows, plus corporate & social events. We have indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies. The tree lined boulevard is a nice outdoor option, but there are lots of choices on our 17 acres site.

Plan your wedding on the charming grounds or in the historic 1845 New School church. With exclusive use of Mill Race Village, your wedding can be held any time of the year. In the Church or outside in the gazebo, weather permitting, your ceremony will be a memorable event in this picturesque Victorian setting. A Village Representative will be with you during your event to open and close the church and to keep the public off the grounds of the Village while your wedding is in progress, ensuring your privacy. Couples must provide their own clergy or officiant to perform their ceremony. Decorating the wedding site and clean up of the site is the responsibility of the couple. If you're planning an outdoor event for your wedding the Church is available for use in case of inclement weather.

RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. Being a part of the amazing Downtown Fullerton community and supporting fellow small businesses is a gift and a privilege for Nellie. As a Downtown Detroit Landmark, the Guardian offers premier event space to host a variety of gatherings. This unique venue provides a beautiful backdrop to any event. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations and impress your guests. The Guardian Building opened in 1929 as the Union Trust Building. This 486 feet, 40-floor building is made of almost 2 million custom “Guardian Bricks” and is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone that attends your event. The amazing five-story Michigan Mural was created by Ezra Winter, and the Tiffany Clock provides a great background for photo opportunities on the Promenade.

Detroit Sails offers a relaxing and fun experience on the Detroit River and Lake St. Clair. We provide private two hour sailing tours, engagement photo sessions, and other customized tours on the water. We offer a great way for friends, family, and co-workers to unwind and make memories together. Adventure awaits!

Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. The warming kitchen is perfect for catered meals and the high ceilings and numerous windows create a light and airy venue for any event.
