When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

I knew I didn't want all of my family members to spend the whole morning setting up the wedding decor, and wanted some extra help to keep the day moving and I found Christina! She had several planning calls with me leading up, and I appreciated her expertise and advice around some last minute details to iron out. The day of, she and her sister did a TON of work to set everything up for us, and they put a little extra pizazz in to make things really beautiful. Everything ran without a hitch and there were no issues, thanks to her great work. I was so glad to have her there - initially I wasn't sure if it was something to spend money on but I saw several brides mention how much of a MUST have a DOC was, and we could not have had the day we did without her! Some of our best money spent!!!!

I worked with Lauren on a wedding in Colorado a few years ago and I know the bride LOVED working directly with her. The bride didn't have to worry about a thing the day of which was extremely helpful since it was a destination wedding and everyone was from out of state. Lauren was friendly, meticulous, detail-oriented, and ultimately a pleasure to work with. I am a photographer and spend the entire day with the wedding couple and it was so great to see the bride not have to worry about a thing the day of because she knew Lauren had it handled already. I have also attended a styled wedding photoshoot that Lauren and Mercedes hosted this year and that was also amazing! I was blown away by the details and overall theme to it and it made for some fantastic photos to add to my portfolio. Amber was spectacular, hands down. We hired her for her planning services as well as day of coordination. Our wedding was DIY in many regards. We met frequently throughout the year leading up to our wedding and she made sure nothing was forgotten. She introduced us to our bartender and the person who we rented sound equipment as well as her assistant Allison, all of whom were excellent. She worked well with our family members who were also involved in planning. Our rehearsal the night before the wedding itself went off without a single hitch. Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

CONNOR WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE TO PRIORITIES MY WANTS FOR THE DAY OVER EVERYBODY ELSE! ONE OF MY PRIORITIES WAS THAT GUESTS DID NOT ENTER THE VENUE BEFORE A CERTAIN TIME, AND WHEN GUESTS STARTED SHOWING UP EARLY CONNOR RESPECTFULLY TOLD THEM TO WAIT OUTSIDE AS SHE KNEW THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. SHE ALSO CONTINUALLY UPDATED ME THROUGHOUT THE GETTING READY PROCESS WITH HOW THE DECORATIONS WERE LOOKING, ASKED ME QUESTIONS ABOUT PREFERENCES, AND MADE SURE I ALSO HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED! THE REST OF THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION WENT INCREDIBLY SMOOTH AND SHE WAS QUICK TO HELP TEAR DOWN THE VENUE AND RETURN ALL THE DECORATIONS TO THEIR PROPER PLACE. We loved working with Noelle and Daniela at LaElleKae. Even though we were planning a wedding reception in a short time frame (4 months), Noelle and Daniela were calm and cool the whole time while also making sure we got everything we wanted. Additionally, they were incredibly respectful of our budget and very easy to talk to. It's clear that they are experienced in working with all types of brides (and grooms) with all types of visions! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.
