I’ve been doing wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.

Chelsea started Phresh Baked Goods in 2020 after leaving a previous full-time pastry chef position at a local successful high-volume catering company. Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations.
