Pastry chef baking life a little sweeter 🧁 Denver based 📍 Custom desserts for any occasion. One of my favorite parts of baking is how it adds to a special day. A dessert table at a wedding will never be the reason you say I do, and a birthday cake isn’t gonna ensure your next year will be successful. They will however make that day a little sweeter, literally. I do small weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, etc. I want to deliver the optimal quality products to your special day which I believe is best delivered in small batches.

While I am a classically trained pastry chef with a degree in pastry arts from Johnson & Wales University, I don't believe that is my strongest credential. I spent most of my life finding both peace in the predictability, and intrigue in the creativity of baking. Continuing to lean in to the feelings and learn from them gives me the ability to bring my customers the balance of the taste of your favorite dessert with the beauty of a piece of art. I want you to transport you back to this special day every time you taste a brown butter chocolate chip cookie, and I truly believe the magic of butter and sugar can do that.
