Ethereal Confections is more than just a chocolate company. At Ethereal, we know just what you’re looking for in a wedding venue, and our staff is dedicated to making your special day perfect. We now have two location offerings! The Loft at Ethereal is our original venue with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows. Your guests will be greeted with the aroma of chocolate as soon as they walk in. It has an ideal capacity of up to 80 guests (100 max). The Courthouse Square (opening September 2023), great for weddings of 100-120 guests (150 max, depending on floor plan) and is a show stopper with it’s historic architecture and modern finishes. With amenities such as a large wedding suite with lots of natural light and a separate ceremony room option, the space has been renovated with you in mind. The Courthouse Square also has an add-on option of the old Sheriff’s House, complete with original Jail Cells, it’s definitely the ultimate photo op.

The DuPage County Historical Museum is housed in what was formerly known as the Adams Memorial Library. The building was erected by John Quincy Adams (a distant relative of the Adams presidents) in 1891 to serve as a library and community center for Wheaton in memory of his late wife, Marilla Phipps Adams. In 1967, the building opened as the DuPage County Historical Museum under the operation of the County of DuPage and DuPage County Historical Society. Today, the Museum is operated as a facility of the Wheaton Park District and owned by the County of DuPage. It is the only institution dedicated to the collection, preservation, interpretation, and exhibition of materials which document the history of DuPage County.

Welcome to 223 Main! Located in the Heart of Downtown Lemont’s historical district, just three doors down from the Metra Station, 223 Main boasts a storied origin. Initially built in the 1900s as a double storefront, it transformed throughout the century into a department store, political office, coffee shop, and now an event space. 223 Main is owned and operated by a local Lemont couple, Hector and Lauren Tamayo. Hector grew up in Lemont and always loved the downtown area. At the beginning of 2020, the coffee shop leasing the space decided to close down. While brainstorming what the building could be next, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Lauren and Hector decided to cancel their destination wedding and remodel 223 Main. After having their intimate wedding at the building, they decided to officially launch 223 Main and open the space up to the community to enjoy.

ERIS was inspired by the eponymous Greek goddess notorious for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, thus creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls. These elements are balanced by warm furnishings and minimalistic decor for an elegant touch. Large terrace doors provide guests with access to the adjoining patio which can be opened if the weather conditions allow.

RLM Studio is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. venue with 13-foot ceilings, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and ample space to gather and celebrate together! Segnatore is a Humboldt Park Neighborhood restaurant inspired by the hidden history of the folk healers in Italy. Influenced by the anthropology in the evolution of traditional and regional Italian cooking, Segnatore's menu created by chef Matt Troost is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house. The beverage program designed by Natalie Smythe follows Italian traditions of using what is local, naturally available, and provides a little something for everyone. There is thought and intention put behind every partnership and ingredient included on the menu; wine, spirits, beer and plenty of Italian non-alcoholic options, including coffee and tea, to satisfy all cravings. An Austrian experience in the '70s was the seed that grew into a family and friends' dream to produce local spirits. The distillery is owned and operated by Charlie and Jenny, a father-daughter team. Our special recipe and process were developed by Charlie and Stan the Man with help from experts on both sides of the Atlantic. Located in Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor, our production space has an attached tasting room that could definitely host your intimate wedding, rehearsal dinner, and many other events!

Giorgio and Sarah are a husband and wife team, a photographer and coordinator/officiant, with a unique historic loft space in downtown Chicago. We are essentially a one-stop-shop, except for catering services. Our standard packages include venue, photographer, officiant, coordinator, music sound system, ceremony backdrop, candles and white padded chairs. Packages may be customized with cake, flowers, and additional services. We host elopements and mini weddings (2 to 30 people) for ceremony and portraits. We also host standard small weddings and receptions with up to 50. For events with catering, an outside licensed and insured caterer is required, and there are several caterers on our pre-approved list to choose from.
