““Your wedding band was amazing,” was what I heard the most from my guests after they remised about the night, and everyone is right, The Last Nites are amazing. Waylan and team put on a show and made my wedding night unforgettable. Music was huge for me so when I went to hire a wedding band, I went to a lot of shows before booking. The Last Nites was by far the best band I went to see. From their song selection, to the way they work the stage, if you’re not dancing it’s because you’re sitting and you’re most likely still bopping your head. We hired TLN for the entirety of the wedding: Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. All of it was perfect. For the song selections, we were able to choose a good amount of songs that we liked from their wide array of songs, and then TLNs put together a set list based on our tastes, which, they nailed. They learned our first dance, a father-daughter dance, and also a ceremony procession song, all of which were perfect. I’ve always wanted to walk to a song from my favorite video game and although it seemed really hard and somewhat impossible, Waylan made sure it happened. I still get emotional thinking about the rendition I was lucky enough to walk to, it really made my wedding day that more special. Everything about working with The Last Nites was perfect, and they made my wedding that much more amazing; it felt like I wasn’t at a wedding, but a show where everyone was on the floor dancing. The team showed up on time, set up, and looked amazing. Everything was super professional and on point. I can’t recommend The Last Nites enough, and anyone who attended my wedding, or I bet even sees them perform, would say the same.”

During the preparation process before the wedding, he fully understood our busy schedules and proactively reached out to us about any areas where we were lacking, allowing us to prepare accordingly. “We had Lucas DJ our wedding in Holbox recently. It was originally scheduled for March of 2020, but we had to cancel and move to Jan 2022. He was a true professional and so wonderful! He made himself available for our new date and didn’t even change his rate (even though he very well could have and all our other vendors did). At the wedding, he was incredible and created the most amazing vibe on the dance floor! The most common comment of the night from everyone, including myself: “I have had to pee for hours but don’t want to leave and miss a song!” He also made the most beautiful remixes of Persian dance numbers and other bangers (I am Iranian and my husband is Irish Catholic). Every single guest was on the dance floor for every single minute. On a personal note, he is also just an awesome and nice person. The best money spent for our entire wedding. I can’t recommend him enough and hope to hire him for every party we ever have!”

“My husband and I had one non-negotiable for our wedding - to have a live band. We went to the BVT showcase and immediately fell in love with Experience. They were a little bit out of our budget, but we decided to book them anyways and cut back on other things and let me tell you ...they were worth every single penny!!! Luke is the nicest, coolest guy and so great to work with!! He listened to every request we had leading up and I truly didn't think about a thing during the wedding day - he had our timeline completely under control and kept us on track (and if we were running behind I still have no idea because he's that good!!). The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the band was and several of them even got their card for their own events! Having Experience was the best decision we made!! He listened to our requests and added his own magic which I knew he would do. The dance floor was packed!! We interviewed over 20 bands from the NYC area and decided to go with Vitamin M after really vibing with their band leader, JJ. And boy are we glad we did! JJ worked with us to curate the perfect performance for us and our guests. He was able to balance dance songs and classics alongside some custom requests that went off the beaten path of most traditional weddings from the likes of The Band, Talking Heads and The Clash. He even helped us surprise our guests with a singing introduction of the bride and groom. He took time to get to know us and was always happy to answer any questions we had. This was not a cookie cutter wedding band performance. This is a group of truly talented professional musicians putting on a real show.
