“We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Amanda, Matt, Hanna, Casey, and all of the staff at the Log Cabin helped to make our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. They made the planning process so as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Matt and Amanda, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Matt and our head waitress Hanna even made it out on the dance floor with us.. I mean come on!! It can’t get much better than that. The interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. Finally, the sunset we got to experience from the patio was like nothing I have ever seen before. Thank you is an understatement”

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

“I could not say enough good things about this venue. We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. My partner and I also took some super fun photos inside of the trolley!”

“We knew from the moment we drove into the parking lot that this was going to be our venue! We had an appointment with Cathy O'Brien (we still keep in touch with her to this day) and were floored with her honesty, advice, excitement, and recommendations that we signed a contract that day. Our wedding and reception were held in Paige Hall in January of 2023 and it was stunning. The staff went above and beyond, and we can honestly say that the entire event went smoothly. The food was amazing and the portions are bigger than we could have expected--not a single guest needed to do a late night Wendy's run as this was not the typical wedding food that we are used to getting at other places. From the event coordinator to the service staff, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. The property itself is comfortable, there is plenty to do on-site as well as in the area, and we recommend opting for renting The Cottage for a post wedding hangout--it is a great spot for those that want to continue spending time together after the reception is over. We have been back to the Publick House more than a few times since the wedding, as we live close enough to do so. Often we will go for dinner, but the wedding package includes a 1yr Anniversary dinner and they will even make you your wedding cake again--and that dinner was delicious. We have felt welcomed each time we have gone back and will probably make our way there this weekend as writing this has brought back a lot of happy memories. We highly recommend this venue and we hope our feedback has been helpful to anyone who is looking into the Publick House.”

“I can’t even put into words how special my wedding was thanks to The Lake House (but I’m going to try lol). I found this location on Zola and when I contacted the owner, Paul, it was like speaking to an old friend even though we had never met before. He is so sincere and thoughtful and has the best tips and tricks for wedding planning. I never hired a wedding planner and I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning of my planning process but Paul was there every step of the way for me. He answered all my emails filled with dumb questions and he advised me in the best way. Carole, my wedding coordinator at the venue, was an absolute gem as well and made things so easy. My wedding was 11/16/24 (the last wedding of their season!) and I still have guests telling me how fantastic everything was. Especially the FOOD. I truly dream about the filet mignon and tiramisu we had about twice a week lol. I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. I would have my next birthday party here just so I can see Paul and Carole again and eat more of the delicious food lol. The location is GORGEOUS and they truly made my wedding the best night of my entire life.”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wright’s Mill Farm! From start to finish, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, thanks to their incredible team. With March weather being so unpredictable, we opted for the patio ceremony, and it turned out great. The backdrop was absolutely gorgeous, and the ceremony was even more beautiful than we could have imagined! The photos we got were stunning. I can’t imagine how beautiful it would be when the trees are full! Brie, our day-of coordinator, was phenomenal. She was on top of every detail, quick to respond to any issues, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. We never had to worry about a thing because she had it all handled seamlessly. She has impeccable taste, and we loved that she was comfortable voicing her opinion on small details we couldn’t decide on. Curt and the entire catering team did an amazing job—our guests are still raving about the food! From cocktail hour to the late-night snacks, everything was delicious, and they even accommodated last-minute dietary needs without hesitation. If I had to pick one item that I would eat every day for the rest of my life, it would be the mini monte cristos from cocktail hour!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We were never without a drink in hand, and the bar service was so efficient that there was never a line. A special shoutout to Cheryl and Chrissy, who were always right there whenever we needed anything. They even checked in with other guests to make sure everyone had what they needed for a fun night!
