I highly recommend hosting a wedding or event at ArrowCreek! They were amazing from beginning to end. We first met with Samantha, and she walked us through everything, and answered all our questions. She was extremely helpful and kind. We worked with Cassie for the remainder of the planning process. She was also absolutely amazing. Coordinating little details the weeks leading up to the wedding, And most importantly She kept everything in check the day of. Everyone made the planning process so easy and comfortable. The venue is gorgeous, and the food is beyond amazing. The set up was more than perfect. I don’t think our wedding would of been as amazing as it was if we had booked elsewhere.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides event staff
  • Accommodates more than 200 guests
  • Provides lighting and sound

Venue considerations

  • Does not allow pets
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
My husband and I had an overall amazing experience working with The Elm Estate for our wedding in November Our wedding coordinators Emma and Tania and they went above and beyond. They helped with literally everything. Tania was so committed to making our day exactly what we wanted and she was there the day of the wedding. I saw in another review that someone was unable to be at the venue until 2pm the day of their wedding- we were able to be there as early as 12pm. If I had one complaint it is that as well. I think for the price and overall wedding experience that you should have access to the property starting in the morning the day of your wedding. However, they do work with you in what they can offer for the day and it doesn't change the fact that The Elm Estate is so beautiful that you truly hardly have to decorate, the staff truly works with you to get exactly what you're asking for. Oh and the bartenders were just amazing. Our wedding was everything we wanted because of this venue!

After searching high and low, my husband and I decided on the Ranch at Stoney Creek. From the moment we stepped on the property, the beauty took our breaths away. From the pond at the entrance to the barn and grass area, to the upper area in the trees and grape vines where we had our ceremony. Michelle and Leon have the perfect property for that rustic/country wedding feel. One of the highlights I felt that made a difference was the fact that there are rooms on the property for the bridal party to stay at. Since we lived in Utah and all our friends are still in California, it was a great bonding experience to spend the weekend with them. All in all, they do a great job to keep the weekend running smooth. I would highly recommend this venue!

Unlike any other venue I've been to, the Mountain Shadows team went above and beyond to ensure our special day will be perfect. We get married in 2025 and they are very flexible with us visiting the venue beforehand to ensure we were ready to go by wedding day. The team is a true pleasure to work with, and we can't wait to celebrate our marriage at this one-of-a-kind venue next year. Nestled halfway between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite in the high Sierra, Bear Valley is a paradox of sorts — a vast alpine basin filled with all the means to explore four seasons while being so small it feels like a private escape to granite-filled solitude. Winter’s snow brings unhindered-by-lines access to skiing and snowboarding amidst 360-degree views of the Sierra. Mokelumne Peak, the shining star of the Mokelumne Wilderness and the Stanislaus National Forest, plays as the immediate backdrop to a day making turns at Bear Valley Resort. By summer, the snow gives way to hiking and mountain biking trails (rentals available), a disc golf course in the Village, and kayak rentals for the surrounding lakes, the closest of which, Lake Alpine, is only a small trek up the road. If you are staying on the Mountain in a glamping tent, Lake Alpine is just about a mile away.
