We were blown away by the service provided and fell in love with the atmosphere, the food, and the support from their staff. The staff totally killed it! Amazing food, personalized drinks that our guest LOVED and would not stop talking about, and let's not forget about the friendly service. Our wedding day could not have been possible without these guys. One of our favorite memories is watching the Union team members dancing, singing and having fun along with the 80's Flashpants band. “Lomas Santa Fe Country Club made the whole wedding planning experience easy so my now husband and I could focus on the day. From handling the amazing food to coordinating the table florals, the team at Lomas works really hard to give you a perfect day. Some highlights from ours: (1) The food. The chef is phenomenal and very flexible when it came to our diet restrictive guests. Everything we tried was amazing and I got rave reviews from my guests that there was more than enough delicious food throughout the event. Also, all the stars for our “getting ready” brunch spread with fun carved fruit included. (2) The staff. From Caryn and Chelsi to the whole bar/wait staff day off, everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They really made our event feel even more special. Shout out to our waitress who ended up finding us before her shift was over to give big hugs and wish us well. (3) Location and facility. Both my husband and I are from San Diego and knew we wanted to be more central for our North County and Downtown friends and this was the perfect spot. Our golden hour pictures with the ocean in the background and shots in front of the iconic Lomas window were beautiful. Additionally, both getting ready spaces were private, large, and (for the bride) had a large area to do makeup and hair. The actual event space required very little decoration too since the ceremony space is on the golf course with the ocean in the distance and an arch is included in your package. Also, the reception space is just beautiful on its own with the huge fireplace, wood beam ceilings and chandeliers. Overall, my wedding planning experience was very seamless due in large part to the great group at Lomas.”

“Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood Weddings

“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“We booked our August 2024 wedding with The Crossings in July 2022; partly because my mom was saying I needed to lock it in before it was too late since Covid messed up the wedding industry, but mostly because we knew it was were we wanted to get married. It is an all-inclusive venue, which means we didn't have to worry about rentals, the ceremony area, food, drinks, or a baker since they partner with VG's Donuts and Bakery. Lauren was there with us every step of the way and is truly the sweetest. The Crossings was super accommodating when we asked for adjustments to the menu and bar, and letting us girls get in to the bridal suite a little early. Also the food was tasty! Thanks a bunch to The Crossings :)”
