My name is Evie and I am a wedding planner. I love to hike and be outside and be with family (including the furry ones, can never forget them!). I started getting interested in wedding planning when I was planning my own wedding from scratch. I started considering what it would be like having a wedding planner to help point me in the right direction because it was very difficult to plan the wedding without a concise order of events and timeline, so it was very difficult to get started and be consistent with planning. Because of my struggles, I became curious and was inspired to start my own journey to become a wedding planner.

A little about myself, I started my business in early 2022 in events and balloon decor expanding my services to include wedding coordinator services. What sets me apart as a coordinator is empathy I always make an extra effort to do check-ins in the weeks prior to the big day. I approach each wedding with an open mind and emergency kit ready to make your big day as stress free as we can. Hiccups are a part of the process but my goal is to be there and have your back. Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice on his bridal show circuit.
