Founded as Brigham Academy, the center has a rich history dating back to 1903. It has served various purposes, including a dance hub, roller skating rink, bowling alley, corporate offices for Thiokol Chemical Corporation and then it became the home of American Sportswear. This incredible dance hall is the birthplace of Ballet West and today it stands as the beautifully restored Brigham Academy Center.

Our venue was originally a hay and tractor barn many years ago. Since, it has been converted over completely to a beautiful and rustic reception venue. We have a spacious indoor area with plenty or reception setup and a dance floor. Included is also our outdoor area which has a drink trailer, playground, grassy area, patio seating, and a fire pit.

We are a 501 (c)(3) 6,500 acre Dude Ranch in Morgan, UT for Military and Survivor families. Inviting veterans and their families to escape their day-to-day and come to the ranch to experience a week-long vacation where we work hard and play hard. The area which now comprises Memory Grove Park was set aside as a city park in 1902. The park however, remained unimproved until the 1920s when the women of the Salt Lake chapter of the Service Star Legion asked the city to designate the park as a memorial honoring America's soldiers and spearheaded the planting of trees and placement of monuments in the park. Memorial House was constructed around 1890 as a stable and equipment storage shed for contractor Patrick J. Moran. When Salt Lake City acquired the park area in 1902, the city's water department used the building as their barn, tool shed, and blacksmith shop as it was located directly across from the city's water intake structure on City Creek. In 1926, Salt Lake City leased the building to the Service Star Legion which planned to use it for veteran's activities and they renovated it to become an events center, there have been weddings held at Memorial House ever since. Now operated by Preservation Utah.
