GCH was the most amazing venue. I’ve been to a majority of the venues on Long Island but this one took the cake. The food was OUTSTANDING (everyone raves about it), the people (especially Paul) were so unbelievably helpful and amazing. My bridal attendant Nang was WOW. She held my train everywhere while we were walking and fluffed it to help the photographers, she always had water for me and the groom, she carried my lipsticks and had me reapplying, she bustled my dress so easily so we didn’t have to bother my mom, she got mine and my husbands afterparty outfits ready for us so we didn’t have to go upstairs… the list goes on and on. If you want a venue that makes your life super easy leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding and one that your guests will rave about for literally months this is the place.

We have a simple concept, use the freshest of ingredients prepared by highly skilled hands moments before service.

From the moment we first reached out, the team at Jericho Terrace was incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly replied to our texts, emails, and phone calls, and were there to guide us through every step of the planning process. On the day of our wedding, the space was absolutely beautiful - we were able to take amazing photos anywhere inside and out. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, greeting us and our guests with a smile. Mike, Sophia, and Erica were especially wonderful, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy our special day. The ambiance was great, and the food was even better - our guests are still raving about it. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with.

Our experience with the Douglaston Manor was an actual dream come true! From the moment we walked in to see the Manor, Kathy, our wedding coordinator, was wonderful. Relaxed, sweet, and so caring about us and what we wanted, she never made us feel pressured or nervous and gently made suggestions which ended up making our night even better than we could have hoped. Working with Carlos our Maitre D and Michelle my Bridal Attendant was a blessing. Michelle was so attentive and helpful. Within minutes of meeting her, I felt like I was spending time with a good friend. She was so funny, kept me calm and literally did anything and everything I needed- most of the time without me having to ask her. The same could be said for Carlos. Just to give a small example, my fake eyelash starting come off a tiny bit. Without any eyelash glue on us, I was nervous about how we would fix the issue but The Manor proved how above and beyond they'd go when Carlos, unpromoted and unknown to me at the time, went out and brought me eyelash glue! It was a small gesture but it went a long way and showed me how devoted the Manor is to their clients. Michelle made sure he knew exactly what to get and she helped me fix it when he came back (which was unbelievably quick as well) . Carlos was fantastic at keeping my group organized and making sure the ceremony was perfect. We are so grateful to both of them. Aside from their exceptional service, the staff at the manor was outstanding- every room was impeccably decorated and arranged exactly as we had hope, all of the items we had brought with us for various aspects of the night were set up perfectly without instruction and the attention to detail was second to none. The food. I am biased seeing as it was my own wedding, but the food was incredible from start to finish. The cocktail hour sampling that Michelle left from my husband and I including EVERYTHING being served downstairs and was presented beautifully- time was clearly taken to make sure we were able to try the food but also have it presented to us in a really special way. Kathy had suggested we try an "off-menu" item, braised beef in a red wine sauce, and no surprise, it was easily the best tasting wedding dinner item I've had at any wedding. There are so many things that go into making a wedding day perfect and that means there are so many things that are easy to stress over. Not once during the planning process or on the big day did I ever feel worried or concerned. Everybody communicated clearly, checked and double checked things and did everything possible to ensure everything was perfect- not just great, but genuinely perfect. Oh, and the cost was VERY reasonable. Kathy worked with us every step of the way to accommodate our budget while making sure the elements we wanted were included. We are looking forward to going back to the manor for future celebrations and feel so thankful to have been treated so well. They made our day everything we ever could have hoped for!

This was truly one of the best days of our lives. It was not easy getting to this day but the main people who helped make it so great was Amy and Barry. They become more than just people at a venue- they become friends/ family. They are absolutely amazing. From the planning- to arriving the day of they made sure every single detail was over the top perfect. The people waiters/ chefs who work at the venue are amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The venue itself is amazing. Having everything on 1 floor was perfect. We have been told from every person how amazing the food was. The bar serving was exceptional no one ever was standing on line at the bar and there was 200 people in the room. If you want anyone running a wedding for you it’s Barry and Amy. They do not miss a beat. While they are with you all day and making sure pictures, the wedding party is happy and on time/ task they are checking on parents of the bride/ groom while setting up for the wedding day. They are the best people and we wish we could do this day 100 times over. They truly know what they are doing and care/ love their clients like they are family. This was the best decision we made having the wedding here. Everyone we know keeps calling and saying how it was one of the best weddings ever. Thank you so so much!!

Leonard's Palazzo was the perfect venue for our special day. The communication with their team was perfect and thorough - they responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had all the details ironed out ahead of time. The venue itself is big, spacious and simply beautiful. The staff was very attentive and patient throughout the entire event, making sure everything flowed smoothly. When I got a bit frustrated, they even held my hand to reassure me! Everyone we worked with was polite, nice and professional. The venue was absolutely breathtaking and all the staff were so attentive. Communication was always on point - they always called back within a reasonable timeframe and answered all our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with for our wedding!

My husband and I just got married at Terrace on the Park on 2/17/24 in the Penthouse. The venue is absolutely stunning. We had looked at plenty of venues before selecting this one. From the start, Mildred was so helpful. Answering any questions we had and making sure all of our expectations were met and exceeded. The finalist manager, Nicole, was also amazing. Both her & Mildred were there on our wedding day to make sure everything went as planned. The chapel was set up beautifully for our ceremony, and the cocktail hour in the garden suite was amazing (from what we heard). The venue itself provides breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding landmarks, such as the world’s fair globe, citifield, Arthur Ashe stadium, and others. I wish I could go back to the beginning and plan it again with the same people!

We had our wedding at El Caribe on 08/26/2023 and our wedding day was perfect! My wife legitimately cried when she entered the Tiara ballroom. It was the only time she cried the entire day... she didn’t even shed a tear at the church lol. It well more than exceeded our expectations. Cocktail hour was incredible! My wife and I didn’t attend cocktail hour but we were able to see some photos from our guests and it was unbelievable! Cocktail hour included a lobster wall, an oyster shucking station, fresh mozzarella being made fresh in front of your eyes… it was incredible. We wish we had attended our cocktail hour just to view everything in person but we knew that we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of the food if we did (as we would have been approached by everyone trying to talk to us and wish us congratulations). Instead we enjoyed all the food being served at the cocktail hour in a separate private room. The staff and service was incredible! Alan was super attentive. He made sure that we stayed hydrated and were able to actually enjoy the food from our cocktail hour and dinner. During our private cocktail hour, Alan dressed my wife in a white tablecloth (so she didn’t spill anything on her dress) and was attending to our every needs. One of my groomsmen’s wives joined us in our private room (she was pregnant and we welcomed her to join us so she could be comfortable) and she commented how awesome and attentive the staff was and how the staff at her venue practically forgot about her wedding (we didn’t ask for her to elaborate lol). Similarly Ashley (the bridal attendant) and George were awesome as well! The MOH was struggling to bustle my wife’s dress and Ashley just took over and bustled it up quickly! I would highly suggest El Caribe for your wedding venue! After attending my wedding my cousin (who experienced El Caribe for the first time at my wedding) booked his wedding at El Caribe shortly afterwards. Also, your cake from Aliotta Pastry Shop is included when you book with El Caribe and the cake was phenomenal.

The staff went above and beyond to make our special day fantastic and the best it could be - they were so accommodating and ensured everything went smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our reception. With unlimited customization and unwavering attention given to every detail, we can create the affair of your dreams by helping you coordinate your menu as well as your theme. Every package can include a choice of fresh flowers or balloons for your table centerpieces, a choice of linens to coordinate your color scheme, and a cake to highlight your occasion! Every member of your staff will be uniformed in black and white tuxedos to create the utmost professional and sophisticated of atmospheres while ensuring you have every amenity necessary.

This wedding venue is beautiful and has a spacious parking lot which is convenient for Brooklyn. There were so many appetizers and the guests really enjoyed their food. Richie Jr. is THE BEST person you could work with (easy to talk to and knowledgeable) and trust to handle all of the details. For example, we didn’t initially like the cake with the bakery they worked with but they spoke with them to custom-make it to our taste so it was delicious. Plus my husband is gluten free and once we provided the gluten-free bread crumbs, Richie worked with the chef to make some appetizers work for him. The packages were also really reasonably priced and it came with valet parking, doorman, hostess, master of ceremonies, maitre d’, head waiter, etc. They have multiple event rooms (the second floor is also going to be renovated in 2022 but I wish they would take the old red carpeting in the Patrician room - where we were since it is outdated). In the Patrician Room, we did have placement issues with the TV and cold sparkler machines so my advice for the couple is not to have the DJ in the back corner, have them closer to the dais on the right or left hand side so the lights and other tech will be worth it and if the cold sparklers are in the back corner, we can’t take pics with it but if they are in the front they set off the fire alarms so I hope this doesn’t happen with the other event rooms in terms of layout. The ladies restroom/powder room is really nice but the men’s restroom is outdated and painted green so it could use an update. But amazing chandeliers and there is also a small garden by the side area in case people want to go out for some air. Overall, you’ll have a great wedding planning experience and it’s an affordable venue with good food.

You read many times that the SCM staff is absolutely incredible, and there is nothing more true! Ian is one of the kindest, caring, most thoughtful and passionate individuals I’ve ever met. From our finals meeting, we clicked and he has done absolutely anything he can to be sure we would have a special day. From setting up decor, to the ceremony running exactly on time, to encouraging guests to play our games and sign our guest book…. he does it all. Let me tell you from someone who was constantly on the fence about getting a DOC - you won’t need one with Ian. At least from the second you arrive at Sea Cliff. He wants to work with you to be sure it is a special day for you!! Camille was fabulous, bustling me all night, keeping us fed, reminding us to “mangia” Every server and bartender we came across was super personable and friendly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives!! They are the whole package. Responsive, caring and the kindest most genuine people and is so refreshing after touring so many other LI Venues that do not show the same level of care. You will not regret booking with Sea Cliff!!

My husband and I cannot begin to express how amazing the Marina was for us and our guests. From the food, to the service, to the stunning views, the Marina is a solid 10/10 for us! Joe S who took care of our event from the start was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had the most perfect wedding. Our adaptable venue allows for both large and intimate events and has a great flow between two spaces. We have a shaded outdoor garden area with a few parking spots available. Our bathrooms are stunning, with 9 stalls between women's/mens/all-gender rooms, ideal for large events. Impress your guests with our unique beverage selection of curated natural wines, including skin-contact ferments, local craft beer, artisanal cocktails, specialty spirits, and non-alc options. We offer innovative menus and custom catering packages, both off-site and in-house. We also offer services in coordination, audio/video, floral/decor to help your event come together smoothly. We proudly stand as an LGBTQ+ friendly establishment and warmly welcome all couples regardless of gender, orientation, religion, or race.

Farm To People gave us the most incredible, perfectly executed wedding day we could have asked for. 

The venue perfectly combines rustic mountain farmhouse vibes with industrial Brooklyn coolness. 

The food was outrageously fresh and delicious, our friends and family could not believe wedding food could be that good.
