Cunningham Farm is primarily used as a venue for estate, barn and outdoor weddings.The property boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a farmhouse, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm - complete with a white farm fence - there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for your magical day.

We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.

Unexpected Farm is located in central Maine just minutes from 95 and Lewiston/Auburn and is located between Maine’s beautiful ocean coast and rugged mountains. Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

The Seacoast Science Center is situated on the ocean’s edge in historic Odiorne Point State Park in Rye, NH boasts a different view each hour, from the tides to fog clearing into clear sky. This historical site was first designed in 1927 for former governor of Massachusetts, Alvan Fuller. We are one of the last working formal estate gardens of the early 20th century. The meticulously maintained rose gardens, with over one hundred varieties, begin their season long bloom cycle in late June and continue through October. There is a Japanese garden, complete with a small bridge and Koi pond, which blooms in early May. The English perennial plantings provide a continuous array of color and interest from spring until fall. The gardens are lined within large sculpted hedges, and the rose beds are framed in an array of superbly kept turf paths.
