Ford’s Colony Country Club offers wide open spaces, including indoor and outdoor facilities, for a chic and sophisticated wedding celebration. Couples can host their ceremony outdoors with views of the fairways, manicured hedges, and abundant Virginia trees. Our Outdoor Ceremonies are held on our Blackheath course. Offering a Lakeside or Botanical backdrop for your photos. The Garden Pavilion is the largest of these options with a maximum capacity of 250 guests. The Hotel John Marshall opened in 1929 as the largest hotel in Virginia. We have a preferred vendor list of amazing photographers, florists, hair & makeup artists and more that we love to work with, however you are not limited to that list and can recruit your own licensed vendors of choice. Many of our Brides and Grooms choose to spend the whole day on property, getting ready in our bridal party lounges.
