We are a small resort just one mile north of Lake George Village. We have beautiful wooded ceremony site and a reception site right next to the ceremony site. We have unique rentals as well as one bedroom and two bedroom cabins to accommodate overnight guests!

When you decide to celebrate your wedding with us, you will have a 823-acre property, 25 acre private lake, 20 miles of private hiking and biking trails, the athletic fields and all camp buildings exclusively available to you and your guests, you also have the beauty and majesty of the Adirondack Park surrounding you. Located an hour north of Albany and just a 10 minute drive from either the south or north exit on I-87 we are perfectly located for your guests to find but also hidden away at the end of a private road, giving you a secluded, private experience. Plus you have the opportunity to design how you will spend your time on the property.

The grounds of The Promise Gardens contain a cluster of rustic and charming barns, a babbling brook, and breathtaking mountain views. When viewing the property for the first time you can see why the original owners chose this spot to build their lives. The authenticity of these structures has been painstakingly maintained and guarded since 1965. Located in the heart of The Adirondacks, and so close to Lake George, The Promise Gardens is an ideal location for wedding weekends on the lake. We have lots of comfortable and well-appointed lodging options nearby, wonderful restaurants and nightlife options, and so many fun activities for you and your guests to enjoy. The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

Juniper Springs Wedding Barn offers a 3,920 square foot timber frame event space and barn wedding venue. Featuring spacious ten-foot high barn door openings on both ends and retractable sides, your event can enjoy an open air atmosphere while still being shielded from the elements. The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 130 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, bocce, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and back yard barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining. O’Dwyer’s Pub is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

A wedding at Hildene is about more than being at one of Vermont’s most beautiful places. You and your guests deserve an authentic Vermont experience and you will begin that experience by walking through The Lincoln Family Home to your wedding ceremony in our historic formal garden. From high on a promontory, you look out to the Taconic Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east, with stunning views of rolling fields and the famed Battenkill River Valley 300 feet below. Your guests will be treated to beautifully prepared fresh local food. Some ingredients will even have been grown at Hildene Farm. And, by having your wedding at Hildene you gain the added satisfaction of helping to support one of America’s great cultural heritage sites. The home and estate are now owned by the non-profit Friends of Hildene.

The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.

Their venue, Back of the Moon, is located on a hilltop in the heart of VT near Killington Ski Resort. From the renewal of vows and offbeat elopements to bachelorette cooking parties or more traditional weddings, their private oasis kicks it for your affair. Chef Ted offers cooking classes & Linda is seasoned in event planning, so their food/beverage knowledge along with Linda’s aesthetic assists you in masterminding your special day. Their beloved property is now offered to you & yours for small or large affairs. 8 people or less: a cook & mini-moni pkg. is $825 for two. For larger, tented events mid-May to mid-October, $2800 includes 95 photo-op acres of hiking trails, forest, two ponds, plus vendor recommendations. A third option is a tented event on the bank of their large pond for 11-30 people.
