The property is located five minutes from the I-5 near Smoke Point. The indoor Barn Venue is a 3,000 square foot event barn with beautiful views North from the second floor. The outdoor area includes multiple ceremony sites, expansive lakeside areas & wooded trails. The Hall, located on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, has been a natural community gathering place since it was built in 1891. The Hall is host to a variety of classes, dances, wedding receptions, art fairs, fundraisers, birthday parties and community events. Rentals include use of our extensive collection of chairs and tables, as well as our LCD projector and sound system. Situated among Madrona trees, evergreens and wildflowers on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, the heart of Orcas Island, the Hall has hosted many memorable weddings and gala celebrations over the years.

Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. In order to create the best event for every couple Fireseed does only take on one event a weekend so let us share your special day with you.

Terramar is an award-winning brewery, distillery, and cidery that pays tribute to the fertile farmlands of Skagit Valley by crafting terroir-driven beer, spirits, and ciders. While we do have a small rotation of core beers, our tap list is always changing, a reflection of local seasonal ingredients and our desire to explore and highlight the many different flavors that Skagit Valley has to offer. We brew our beer from barley grown and craft-malted in Washington. Our cider apples are sourced from a couple towns over at Cedardale Farms. Berries and botanicals, and a few hops come from Skagit and Whatcom farms. Our beers range from PNW takes on traditional and historical styles, Belgian or Farmhouse styles to barrel-aged mixed fermentations.
