The Ruby Cora is not a Barn, she is a newly designed, clean lined, industrial, studio space, flooded in natural light. The Ruby Cora sits in the midst of a manicured Century Farm of approximately 140 acres, located 40 minutes from Nashville, 5 minutes from Clarksville. Our guests tell us that a feeling of total tranquility occurs when the pull into our property. We are kindly referred to as 'A Modern Space in a Quiet Place'. The elevation of our property gives wedding couples the most stunning sunsets. The Ruby Cora provides gorgeous views and simple elegance. Your wedding day will be full of treasured moments.

Burdoc Farms has been owned and operated by the Shepherd family since 1942. With over 650 acres of open fields there are 2 different venues on the property for weddings. In 2012, the Shepherds hosted a wedding on the family farm. All the guests talked about was how beautiful the farm was and how they should be doing weddings full time. The Shepherd family converted the tobacco-cattle barn into a reception barn with all the amenities; bathrooms, kitchen, and electricity. The Shepherd family painstakingly rehabbed and recycled all of the materials in both barns to enhance and preserve the authenticity of the buildings. After converting the Tobacco Barn, they booked 24 weddings and then the next year they booked 38 weddings. In 2016, they decided to expand the business and build a year-round building, Keith Glen, in another location of the farm. Burdoc Farms hosts 60 to 80 weddings a year with couples coming from all over the country and a few from overseas!

Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!

The Foundry is a 5,000 square foot venue located at 1419 Clinton Street in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This historic building , built in the early 1900's, is located in the trendy, up and coming area of Marathon Village. The Foundry is the first place where the Marathon Car was invented and the venue still has the retro/vintage feel while still remaining one of the trendiest spots in Nashville. The industrial brick textures of one of the most unique venues in Nashville add a priceless touch, creating a breathtaking space for your event! The Foundry also partners with the non-profit organization Harvest Sound International to alleviate suffering and abolish poverty in Nashville, and worldwide. Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. Included in the rental are tables, chairs, and parking. If interested in touring the space please submit an inquiry through our website as we respond to that much quicker!

The Café at Thistle Farms is a restaurant, tea service, and event space located in West Nashville. A social enterprise, the Café heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction.
