The Ruby Cora is not a Barn, she is a newly designed, clean lined, industrial, studio space, flooded in natural light. The Ruby Cora sits in the midst of a manicured Century Farm of approximately 140 acres, located 40 minutes from Nashville, 5 minutes from Clarksville. Our guests tell us that a feeling of total tranquility occurs when the pull into our property. We are kindly referred to as 'A Modern Space in a Quiet Place'. 14TENN is located in the Nations, just outside downtown Nashville making it the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! 14TENN's exposed beams, high ceilings and industrial chandeliers set the tone for your unique event. 14TENN can seat up to 275 guests (or cocktail even more) and offers flexible rentals, including 24-hour, multi-day, and hourly. 14TENN includes the freedom to choose your own vendors, tables and chairs, a client suite, free parking, complimentary wifi and is BYOB and pet-friendly.

Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Both of our spaces feature original hardwood floors, warehouse style windows, and exposed brick, creating a beautiful raw aesthetic.

Burdoc Farms has been owned and operated by the Shepherd family since 1942. With over 650 acres of open fields there are 2 different venues on the property for weddings. In 2012, the Shepherds hosted a wedding on the family farm. All the guests talked about was how beautiful the farm was and how they should be doing weddings full time. The Shepherd family converted the tobacco-cattle barn into a reception barn with all the amenities; bathrooms, kitchen, and electricity. The Shepherd family painstakingly rehabbed and recycled all of the materials in both barns to enhance and preserve the authenticity of the buildings. After converting the Tobacco Barn, they booked 24 weddings and then the next year they booked 38 weddings. In 2016, they decided to expand the business and build a year-round building, Keith Glen, in another location of the farm. Burdoc Farms hosts 60 to 80 weddings a year with couples coming from all over the country and a few from overseas!

Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!
