“We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. “My experience with VNC Photography was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I planned our early morning elopement months in advance, however literally 11 days before the wedding, I decided I wanted to try to have a videographer there to record the ceremony. We were adamant that we just wanted the two of us (plus the officiant and photographer) there, but I wanted video footage for us to look back on. In my late night, last minute searching, one videographer who was unavailable highly recommended Vandreena. I reached out to her and in her response to me, I immediately knew she was the one! She followed up with me the next day via phone and in that conversation, my decision was confirmed. We touched bases the day before the ceremony and she was there in plenty of time to set up. During the ceremony, she made me feel comfortable, yet kept her distance to preserve the intimacy of the moment. I was expecting a week or so to get the footage back, but I was pleasantly surprised to get the videos 2 days later! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched the ceremony and the highlight reel. “We booked Christine with Barefoot Royalty for our wedding after meeting her at a bridal expo in Statesboro, GA. The Queen of Hearts package was the one that best suited our needs, which included an engagement session as well. My husband and I decided that we would like to have our session at the river on his dad’s property and Christine was on board and filled with excitement from the start! Little did she know our session would involve a dog, canoe, boat, champagne, and a very awkward couple. With all of these props, obstacles, and survival taking pictures from a moving riverboat in the Ogeechee, Christine got us through our engagement session. We were instantly blown away after our pictures arrived within the timeframe given! Our wedding day quickly arrived and was exciting, fun, and busy right from the start. Christine had a photography schedule for us to follow and worked as hard as possible to keep all of us on track (which was a VERY challenging task in itself). After the ceremony, Christine recommended “golden hour” pictures while our guests enjoyed a cocktail hour. As much as I was excited to start visiting and celebrating with our guests, I am so happy she encouraged us to take the time because the pictures are PERFECT! The week of the wedding, we decided to book an extra hour with Christine to be able to capture more of our reception. Honestly, aside from booking Barefoot Royalty in the first place, this may have been our best decision yet! She and her second shooter stayed until 9 PM and captured so many fun reception pictures that we would not have had otherwise! Christine stayed in touch as the weeks passed while we waited for our full gallery to arrive… and boy were they worth the wait!!! Being able to relive our wedding day through the pictures has been so much fun. We are blown away by the talent she has, attention to detail, and how everything turned out. We would highly recommend Barefoot Royalty Photography for your engagement/wedding photos and would book with Christine every time if we had to do it over again!!
