Jack is a longtime Charlottesville-Albemarle resident, and currently lives in "downtown" Crozet. He's been a full time photographer in Charlottesville's wedding community for 17 years. Specialties include surprise engagements, and weddings ranging in size and complexity from elopements with a handful of guests, to multi-day celebrations with many hundreds of guests.

From developing black and white images in the darkroom to capturing day-to-day happenings as photo manager of the high school yearbook, my camera became an extension of me. I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years. I began my education at UVA, where I was an Echols scholar. Seeking a school with a greater focus on fine arts studio work, I transferred to the San Francisco Art Institute, where I earned a B.F.A. in Photography and Filmmaking.
