Channon and Kari were both amazing. We toured in 2023, and Channon was extremely welcoming and warm. We toured on a wedding day, which was perfect because we were able to envision what our special day would look like. We toured about 7 other venues in the area and quickly realized that Oak & Ivy at Home Sweet Home was where we wanted to have our special day. Kari went through the budget with us before we hired her on, and she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. I can't recommend her enough for planning. She planned a Taylor Swift themed Speakeasy that was AMAZING, and would highly recommend doing one if it's in the budget. Kari also did our florals- we loved them! Kari and Channon were great at communicating when things were due so we were able to stay on track without stressing out. We loved having our wedding day there and wouldn't change it for the world!

Tiffany was our Month of Wedding Coordinator, and she did an amazing job! She was able to easily pickup where we left off in wedding planning. She provided us with a wedding checklist and vendor recommendations which was super helpful. It was a pretty smooth transition once the month before the wedding began. One thing that really gave us peace of mind was that she worked on creating multiple backup plans for us in case it rained on the day of our wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, we didn’t have to do or think about anything. Tiffany made sure our venue and ceremony site were set up exactly how we wanted it, and made the day flow pretty much seamlessly. Her process during the month of is also great because she helped us create the timeline of the day, made a personal decor list, and helped us solidify plans with our vendors so everyone was on the same page. We couldn’t thank Tiffany enough for helping make our wedding perfect!

Rose and her team were a wonderful asset to ensuring the enjoyment of our wedding! We hired Rose as a month of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. Once we started working with her the month prior to the wedding a lot of my anxieties regarding how the day was going to go were taken away due to her depth of experience and professionalism. She really took the reins during those last weeks to follow up on final details with our vendors and getting closer to the date I had people asking me if I was stressed out and I can honestly say that I was not as I knew that we were in great hands. The time frame leading up to the wedding I felt my excitement build with each meeting that we had with Rose! The day of the wedding her team of professionals I feel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my wishes. They constantly checked in on me during the whole day from when I started getting my makeup done to the last dance, I felt incredibly happy and was truly able to enjoy my wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly, that I stayed hydrated, that I ate at cocktail hour and dinner, helped me change into my second dress of the evening and even helped to fix my hair. We absolutely LOVED working with Cassia and her team! They were so calm, cool, collected and stealth...we barely knew they were there. I usually tell clients their photographer will be "all up in their business" all day, but it didn't feel that way with Cassia. She was so lovely. Old Fashioned Lounge came out to my house for my daughter's engagement party and put on a great show for everyone. David used his cocktail bitters and mixers to help us create a special drink menu that turned out amazing. Highly recommended since he is very punctual and easy to work with.

We are still in awe of the incredible experience we had at Tar Creek Ranch for our wedding! If you're dreaming of a rustic, barn-style wedding with elegance and charm, this is the place. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is a beautiful blend of rustic and romantic. The barn exudes character with its wooden beams, open space, and warm, inviting atmosphere. We loved how the space felt both intimate and expansive—perfect for creating the cozy, laid-back vibe we envisioned, while still providing room for all of our guests to dance the night away. The outdoor pavilion was also a wonderful space for our first dance and outdoor dining. The pavilion features a large tent with a clear top and sides, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset while savoring their meal. In addition, the ranch house was a lovely space for my bridal party to stay and get ready for the day. The house offers amazing natural light and plenty of space for all of your guests. The team at Tar Creek Ranch made the entire planning process seamless. From the moment we toured the venue to the last dance of the night, the staff was incredibly supportive, professional, and detail-oriented. They helped us bring our vision to life, whether it was coordinating the timeline, offering decor ideas, or ensuring everything went off without a hitch.
