We hired Andy for our wedding in September 2025. After some thoughtful research, what sold us on his work was his effortless ability to capture the perfect moments of a wedding day—especially his night photography and dance floor shots. He is incredibly professional, and we felt very comfortable with him from the start. He made us laugh, which was so helpful in easing those stressful moments. We were very impressed with his timeline and how smoothly he kept everything moving. He was prompt, had great ideas for photo locations to get the best results, and was also open to our input—making sure our ideas came to life. Andy was flexible with his packages to fit our budget; we had originally planned for five hours of coverage but decided to upgrade to the full eight hours because photography is so important to us. His communication throughout the entire process was amazing. He provided a helpful welcome guide to navigate the wedding process and a detailed questionnaire to plan out who would be photographed during cocktail hour. Again, his communication was flawless! Here was our timeline for a 4:00 PM wedding with a first look: 2:00 – Photography begins / detail shots and getting ready 2:40 – First Look 3:00 – Bridal Party (together, separate, solos) 4:00 – Ceremony 4:30 – Family Photos / Cocktail Hour 5:45 – Grand Entrance with First Dance 6:00 – Dinner 6:30 – Shoe Game 6:45 – Speeches 7:00 – Sunset Photos 7:20 – Dances 7:25 – Open Dance Floor 9:50 – Bubble Exit 10:00 – Photography ends Helpful tip to those planning a wedding, we only wished we had also hired a videographer to capture the words said or designate someone to take videos with their phone.

Dream flowers? Achieved! I walked into my bridal suite the day of the wedding to find all the bouquets on display in vases of water and gasped. They were even better than I had pictured! The colors were exactly what I wanted and had the perfect mix of greenery to flowers. Tessa even left a congratulations card for us. The price was very reasonable! I never saw my flowers until the day of the wedding and I would 100% recommend this floral service! We coordinated completely via email. I sent her our color scheme and my preferences and she replied with a moodboard that fit my ideas. I was able to comment on the moodboard and let her know what I liked the most. I only needed my bouquet, boutonnieres, and bridesmaids bouquets and she was able to create a tailored estimate for my needs.

We used Old SLO BBQ Co. to cater our wedding 4/16/22 and they did an AMAZING job! The food was absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments from everyone who attended. So many people went back for seconds as well! From the very beginning Kevin was great at communicating with us! We got to try some of the food ahead of time to make sure what we wanted, they came out to the venue to see the setup plan ahead of time, and were so extremely accommodating the day of! I can't say enough great things about Kevin and his whole crew! Thank you so much!!!

For our 140 person, somewhat diy wedding, this place worked really well. They were accommodating about all my questions and for additional set up time and there were no surprises when it came to pay. HOWEVER there are important things to note w this venue- first is that they decorate heavily for their xmas market starting just before thanksgiving. Second is that they can sometimes be a little all over the place with who to talk to which for us resulted in being double booked for our original Nov date- we paid our deposit, booked a dream photographer, and were about to send save-the-dates when they contacted me that they made a mistake. In the end, we got a very good date in Oct and they made it right thru discounts and paying me the difference of what id lost from the photographer not being able to make the new date. Third thing is i was under the impression when i booked that we would have a coordinator from the venue on the day-of and that is not the case. Many of the staff are helpful but there is not a designated person for running your day outside of the table/linen set up and f&b. Last thing- their office phone system is not great, i always struggled w extensions and had to have their front desk transfer me to their Special Events staff, its small but when youre stressed planning it got to me. Overall, i would recommend them to folks who like a little kitsch, a little cottagecore, and a mostly inclusive experience.

Monica helped plan and execute my October wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley and we could have been happier with the entire experience. She was our wedding coordinator starting about 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding, although she started working with us a few months out to make sure we selected vendors and contracts with the right details in mind. She understood our vision and the vibe we wanted for the day and TOTALLY delivered. She also did our flowers, and they were stunning. Monica ensured the wedding setup and day of schedule went off without a hitch. She worked so hard the day before and day of - especially on the tablescapes, which I had told her I cared a lot about. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs wedding planning or wedding coordination.

Getting your makeup done for your wedding can feel scary and stressful, but I couldn’t have dreamed up a better beauty team if I tried. I chose Tami because I loved her ability to create an elevated, natural look and was drawn to her use of clean products. It’s a total game changer not feeling like you’re wearing thick, heavy makeup (or worrying you’ll wake up with five million zits the next day). What you don’t always see in the photos, though, is everything else Tami brings to the table. She radiates joy and love, and she made the entire weekend feel calm and fun. She even came for my rehearsal look as a “dry run,” which allowed her team to set up early for the wedding morning—meaning we got to sleep in a bit more (a gift in itself!). She kept everyone perfectly on schedule without us even noticing, and every single person felt beautiful and confident. She’s open to feedback, has great suggestions if you want them, and thinks about things you wouldn’t even realize as a bride (like whether you care if a bridesmaid has a similar hairstyle). I truly felt like I was in the best hands with Tami and her team. I wish I could buy her homemade products in a store, they’re that good. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.
