I am a lifetime Central Coast resident, born and raised in Templeton. I have spent most of my career in the hospitality industry. It wasn't until I started a job in catering management that I realized I had a passion for weddings. I continued doing catering management for 2 years, and then I started assisting all of my favorite wedding planners for 2 years. Most recently I landed a job in Venue Management and that is when I knew I wanted my own wedding planning business. In my free time I love to go hiking, lift weights and spend time with my family, including our 4 rescue pups. I look forward to meeting you!
I believe wedding planning should feel joyful, organized and completely you. With a calm, detailed driven approach, I help couples turn their ideas into seamless beautiful celebrations from the first planning call to the last dance.

Our wedding planning was full of a lot of crazy twists and turns that were completely out of our hands, and Sara was not only a support and advocate for us as the bride and groom but became one for our entire family. Sara is professional, poised and amazing at what she does, it's truly a gift! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was set up as our vision, provided great recommendations for vendors and went above and beyond even after the wedding weekend was over to make sure everything was wrapped up and taken care of. Many vendors we were working with told us that they looked forward to working with Sara because of her communication and smooth wedding day flow. You'd be lucky to have her!!!

Sara Elizabeth Events understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day and she immediately went to work making sure it would happen! She immediately answered all of my questions and providing detailed updates and thoughtful suggestions that made planning feel manageable rather than stressful. On the day of the wedding, Sara went above and beyond! She helped organize the set up of our arch while simultaneously setting up my vision for the cocktail hour and reception decor and layout. All the while, she constantly checked in with me to see what I needed and how she could help. What impressed me most was how she handled every request, no matter how small, and brought our vision to life in ways we hadn't even imagined. As someone who worries about everything, I felt completely at ease knowing Sara was there to help. I wasn't worried about a single thing and truly enjoyed every moment of the day, thanks to Sara! She truly knocked it out of the park, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!

The best wedding planner ever!
From the very beginning of this journey, Sara was so much more than a wedding coordinator. She was truly my rock. She held my hand through every step of the planning process, guided me through every decision, and gave the most thoughtful, perfect recommendations. What could have been overwhelming, she made feel calm, exciting, and so special. I always knew I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Her communication, kindness, and support went so far beyond anything we could have ever expected. She didn’t just do her job. she showed up like a best friend, someone who was just as invested in our day as we were. On the day of our wedding, she knew exactly what I needed as a Type A bride. She let me be part of the moments that mattered most to me, while quietly and flawlessly handling everything else behind the scenes. If anything went wrong, I never knew because she made sure I didn’t have to. That kind of peace on your wedding day is something I will forever be grateful for. And despite the wind trying its best to challenge us, Sara never let it take away from our vision. She adapted, adjusted, and somehow made everything still feel absolutely perfect. She didn’t just execute our wedding she protected the feeling of it. She gave us more than a beautiful day,she gave us the ability to be fully present, to soak in every moment, and to truly live our dream wedding. There are honestly no words that feel big enough to thank her. We will carry so much gratitude for her forever. If you are even thinking about hiring Sara, do it. She is truly one of a kind.

Calm, organized, and absolutely amazing!
Sara was absolutely incredible as our day-of coordinator and made such a huge difference on our wedding day. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, her energy and friendliness immediately put us at ease—she was warm, approachable, and professional all at once. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the moment because we knew Sara was handling everything.
