I am a lifetime Central Coast resident, born and raised in Templeton. I have spent most of my career in the hospitality industry. It wasn't until I started a job in catering management that I realized I had a passion for weddings. I continued doing catering management for 2 years, and then I started assisting all of my favorite wedding planners for 2 years. Most recently I landed a job in Venue Management and that is when I knew I wanted my own wedding planning business. In my free time I love to go hiking, lift weights and spend time with my family, including our 4 rescue pups. I look forward to meeting you!
I believe wedding planning should feel joyful, organized and completely you. With a calm, detailed driven approach, I help couples turn their ideas into seamless beautiful celebrations from the first planning call to the last dance.

Vendor recommendations, contacting and negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with all vendors to ensure a perfect wedding day. Rehearsal coordination, full on-site coordination day of, and post wedding follow up. | Complimentary 1 hour consultation to understand your current planning status and overall vision. Review any existing contracts, decisions and plans made so far. Vendor recommendation and assistance. Coordination with all contracted vendors. Wedding timeline and checklist. Create detailed wedding day timeline, and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to ensure you are on track. | This package is perfect for a couple who wants to be fully hands on up until 3 months of the wedding day. Sara is the BEST
Sara is hands down the best wedding planner out there! We could not have asked for a more hands-on, knowledgeable planner for our special day. From the start, she was extremely responsive and on top of everything. She even started working with us before we had committed to her services by sending venue recommendations. We felt so safe in Sara's capable hands! She makes you feel like you're the only couple she's working with - her response time is unmatched and she remembered every little detail for our wedding. She went above and beyond to plan our welcome dinner, too! Sara also recommended incredible vendors who were just as amazing as she is! Sara made sure we were able to enjoy our wedding day with no stress. She ran a tight ship with all of the vendors and made sure the guest experience was nothing short of spectacular, while leaving us out of the nitty-gritty details. She was so attentive to us on our wedding night, always offering to get us a drink when our glasses were looking empty and making sure we ate enough. She also let us take our time enjoying our wedding, even if it meant a last minute change of plans! We seriously could not recommend Sara's services enough!!

Fantastic experience
We got married on the 15th of August in 2026 with Sara as our planner/coordinator. With her direction, the entire experience went smoothly and flawlessly! She kept us on schedule the entire day, and wrangled all of the various vendors. On top of all of that, Sara was instrumental when only 8 months before the wedding our original venue canceled on us - She went above and beyond the call of duty and was the first person to notify us when it happened. Sara was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and her familiarity with the entire wedding process kept us calm through all the planning and execution. We would whole heartedly recommend Sara to any couples getting married! Thank you, Sara!

Our wedding planning was full of a lot of crazy twists and turns that were completely out of our hands, and Sara was not only a support and advocate for us as the bride and groom but became one for our entire family. Sara is professional, poised and amazing at what she does, it's truly a gift! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was set up as our vision, provided great recommendations for vendors and went above and beyond even after the wedding weekend was over to make sure everything was wrapped up and taken care of.
