Our location is on 12.6 acres of land on the Little Applegate River. The property is home to a small winery and tasting room, Wild Wines, and residents. The wedding ceremony location is perched above the river under the shade of large cedar and oak trees, but you may also choose your preferred location anywhere on the property. The celebration area is around the winery where the bar and bathroom can be accessed and where food service and seating can be set up, as well as electricity. As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we ask that you please keep this in mind before requesting to connect. Depending the time of year, you may require a tent for shade or rain protection. This is not something we provide, but we are happy to refer you to local outfitters. The main indoor area is the tasting room, seen in photos, which is best suited for the bar area, hors d'ouevres, gifts, cake service. Some of the outdoor area has shade available.

This versatile venue can host an array of events ranging from intimate elopements, micro weddings to extravagant celebrations, with its capacity for up to 300 individuals. The location boasts private beaches and woodland lawn areas at which couples can exchange their vows or host a reception. The sand-filled sites are an ideal choice for couples who wish to host a waterfront wedding. Couples can also hold their ceremony in one of the more wooded areas, which exude a tranquil and intimate atmosphere. The following venues can be utilized for wedding events: Arch Rock Main Lawn Byrdie's Beach Lawn, Mervue Estate, Lookout house, Sandstone Point and Cove beach. Crook Point boasts eight vacation homes that are nestled on the western portion of the family's 3,000-acre retreat. Our lodging quarters combined can accommodate 44 comfortably with a maximum of 62 overnight guests. These beautiful seaside homes are ideal for wedding parties and guests who are staying for an extended period of time.

The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. With 500 acres of conserved land in the beautiful Williams/Applegate Valley, we offer you the use of both outdoor and indoor facilities for your ceremony and reception. The Wedding Garden, Pacifica’s outdoor site, overlooks a large pond and meadow. This site has three grassed tiers for chairs with a beautiful view of Grayback Mountain. The indoor site, our large and welcoming climate-controlled (heat, a/c, smoky air filtered) Great Hall, has hardwood floors for dancing. It also has a spectacular floor-to-ceiling 16 foot wide roll up glass door that allows you to still feel as if you are outdoors, even in colder weather. The Great Hall holds up to 150-200 people; the lovely covered pavilion just outside the door can hold another 100. Changing rooms for bride and groom, a small prep kitchen and large indoor, handicap-accessible restrooms are also available here.
