About this venue

Located in the Illinois Valley of Southern Oregon, we are 100 acres of forested land, nestled alongside the Illinois River, just east of the Rogue River and Siskiyou National Forest. We are right on the Illinois River with a mile of river frontage and 3 incredible swim spots. It’s a great place to come and recharge and renew. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery in all directions! We are close to the Redwoods, The Oregon Caves and so much more. We are close to major cities such as Grants Pass, Medford, Crescent City and Ashland. Cedar Bloom also has unique building and land features, including an Earth Cobb Bench, 16-foot AirCrete Dome built in collaboration with Dome Gaia, two geodesic dome accommodations, 3 hand built A-Frame cabins, two outdoor wood shower facilities, a beautiful hand-built reclaimed wood stage, a large composting toilet facility, and our very own Camp Store with special treasures and all your camping needs!

Main Meadow

Create your dream forest wedding reception, and dance the night away under the stars!

Our main meadow can be designed however you imagine! Some parties use this for their dinner and reception area, complete with lights and farm tables. We've also had the main wedding ceremony set up among the trees in the main meadow. Others set up a DJ on the main stage and use the meadow as a forest dance floor!

Our large geodesic dome accommodation is the perfect place to spend your first night. Nestled in the trees, this is a unique and unforgettable accommodation experience. It's also the perfect place for the wedding party to get ready in! Complete with a queen bed + bedding, power, sound system, and the ultimate photo opportunities.

Wedding Garden

Picture perfect wedding garden

Our wedding garden is a beautiful place to host your most special moment. Overlooking the river with a beautiful backdrop of the forest behind, this spot is picture perfect for your ceremony. A small wedding stage, complete with a circular hand built wooden arbor that can be customized with flowers and decorations, and wooden benches that seat up to 75 guests, the wedding garden is a dream. The walk to the wedding garden is lined with flowers, a bridge, and another wooden arbor.
