This welcoming barn venue was constructed in 2015 on Yale Creek Ranch. This property has many acres to host your private event with lodging for 35+ guests also available. The venue itself has grand doors that open in both front & back to give your event an indoor/outdoor feel. Front entrance with 12 ft. bar area is the perfect place to host hors d'oeurves and beverage service. The venue also features a prep kitchen for your catering team to serve your exquisite faire. Add extra tents out the front and/or back to give plenty of space for you to say "I Do" with all of your favorite people. Rustic yet elegant event space in the heart of Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley.

This space features almost 2700 sq. ft. of room for your next gathering or event. From weekend long weddings to corporate events, our barn provides a relaxing and elegant atmosphere with incredible views. With a 12 ft. bar and 15 ft patio doors, the entrance is the perfect place to host hors d'oeuvres and beverage service. Front 8 ft. entry doors and back door open to give the venue an indoor/outdoor feel. Add tents to the front or back to give your guests plenty of space.

    The "Shiny Barn" is the perfect nickname for this spacious gathering place with clean lines, modern touches and gorgeous views from in and outside. It comfortably hosts large and small groups, with options for breaking the space up or having an open floor plan, with a well equipped kitchen to boot. It is very clean and well kept, so it's easy to decorate and add your own touches without having to do a lot of extra work. The venue hosts are generous with smiles and communication and offer local accommodations for groups and great hospitality. As a caterer, I LOVE working in this space! Highly recommended by someone who has been on both sides of a gathering at this lovely venue.

    Yale Creek Ranch is a wonderful little part of Applegate Valley. We felt surrounded by mountains and forest and pastoral landscapes and everyone we love — we had the time of our lives getting married here. The collection of houses and cabins and large barn event space, each with their own character, accommodated all of our guests and nuptial plans. There are endless ways to make this space your own for a wedding that feels both intimate, yet accessible. You can tell when a place is cared for and loved and the caretakers are a joy to work with. Most magical place, would recommend to anyone!

    Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our wedding! Cozy, country charm with beautiful views and top notch hosting. Perfect combo of community and privacy with the big beautiful barn and all the stunning cabins! We had the sweetest 50 person gathering for an intimate and meaningful ceremony outside on a glorious October day, followed by the perfect reception with a delicious dinner in the barn! Best day ever!
