Our location is on 12.6 acres of land on the Little Applegate River. The property is home to a small winery and tasting room, Wild Wines, and residents. The wedding ceremony location is perched above the river under the shade of large cedar and oak trees, but you may also choose your preferred location anywhere on the property. The celebration area is around the winery where the bar and bathroom can be accessed and where food service and seating can be set up, as well as electricity. As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we ask that you please keep this in mind before requesting to connect. Depending the time of year, you may require a tent for shade or rain protection. This is not something we provide, but we are happy to refer you to local outfitters. The main indoor area is the tasting room, seen in photos, which is best suited for the bar area, hors d'ouevres, gifts, cake service. Some of the outdoor area has shade available.

We had our wedding in 2020 at Wild Wines and it was a gorgeous setting. The bathroom was clean and large enough to change in. The owner let us use their own home to get the bride ready, which was very accommodating. The ceremony was done by the creek and there was plenty of room for chairs/sound system, and we did the reception at the winery, which also had enough room for chairs and tables as well as shade. The owner was very kind and personable and the entire wedding ended up a lot cheaper than we expected!

I'm a professional wedding photographer myself, so I was incredibly picky about finding a venue for my own wedding. And then I discovered Crook Point. Oh my gosh, it was PERFECT. I couldn't believe I found a venue that had everything I wanted: beach houses for a destination weekend, views of the Pacific Ocean, hot tubs, peaceful forests and ferns, and enough space to host the outdoor party of my dreams. I loved working with Kathleen and Crook Point. We were one of the first BIG weddings that they hosted, and they were gracious and flexible with us. My guests were astonished when they arrived and saw the location, and it was hands down the best day of my entire LIFE. I'd definitely recommend this spot for an adventurous couple who wants a stunning outdoor background that feels remote and relaxing. You won't be disappointed. I found Whispertree (formerly Bell Valley Retreat) when I was looking for a retreat/camping wedding setting for our Spring wedding. It was that and so much more! The accommodations exceeded all expectations-- beautiful, modern, eco-friendly, luxurious, and colorful! Our guests raved about the design and the comfort. Frida was so personable and helpful throughout the whole process; she made us feel like family. We got the best photographs because she showed us the secret spots up on the hill at golden hour! We arrived a day early to settle in and didn't want to leave on Sunday. The nature was magical-- especially our late-night bonfire under the stars after hours of dancing in the Barn. Oh yeah, and there's a hot tub! We cannot wait to return and re-visit the memories of our favorite weekend in our new favorite place. Highly recommend the venue, the staff, the vendor recommendations (especially Pilon Catering and Boontberry Farm). Zero complaints.

The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

The Knotty Oaks property is situated in the stunning wine region of Anderson Valley, which is surrounded by several excellent wineries. The property is located near the Navarro River and Hendy Woods State Park, providing numerous opportunities to relax, unwind, and explore the valley's hidden gems. Over the past year and a half, we have enjoyed observing the development of the property. The main house and guest houses have unique personalities and make wonderful spaces to entertain and gather. The property itself is magnificent, featuring beautiful meadows and a creek that we loved exploring. There is a lot of potential for hosting gatherings of all sizes and styles throughout the property. Mary is a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly to inquiries and consistently provides thoughtful, kind answers.

Jeriko Estate was amazing for our special day. The winery and grounds created the perfect vibe for our ceremony and reception. Rustic with the right amount of elegance. After the beautiful courtyard ceremony, we toasted with Jeriko Estate’s amazing Brut Rose under the 100-year-old olive tree. Everyone loved the wine bar and the outside covered arbors overlooking the vineyards. The large press room was awesome for our reception dinner and dancing and saved us from the warm summer afternoon heat. One of the best parts of having our wedding at Jeriko was the onsite lodging. The wedding party stayed in the main Jeriko house that sleeps seventeen and other guests booked the casitas and homes on the property. Jennifer and the rest of the Jeriko staff made our wedding stress free and were a delight to work with. We highly recommend Jeriko estate if you’re planning a special day!

Contento Vineyards at Brutocao was hands down the best place possible for our big day. The site is expansive: plenty of room for a ceremony, dinner, and dancing for 250+ people (which was how many we hosted!). The availability of a bridal suite helped immensely, given that the hotel/rental choices in such a small town are scarce. Kathy was so friendly, easy to work with, and does not hesitate to offer guidance or recommendations on any questions about your wedding, not just the site! Her preferred vendor list basically saved us. The best part: the site is yours ALL WEEKEND, Friday - Sunday! There was no stress on the day of about set up or clean up, it really eased the minds of both of us and our families! If you're looking for a vineyard/barn wedding in Northern California, there's honestly no better choice!
