Heist opened its doors in 2012, as Charlotte's only Craft Brewpub. Originally brewing on a 10HL German brewhouse, we expanded in 2017, adding 30 barrel production facility. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to expand our portfolio, now ranging from hazy IPAs and pilsners to fruited sours and adjuncted stouts.
