I can’t say enough about this venue! We had a New Year’s Eve wedding 12-31-23 with 230 guests and it was exceptional. We used both the modern 11th floor Skyline Room for the ceremony and the gorgeous traditional ballroom on the main floor for the reception. We had a block of rooms for our guests and they raved about the accommodations and the service. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bridal suite was huge and easily accommodated 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 4 aestheticians. The food was amazing; prime rib, crab cakes and chicken francaise were our choices. It was delicious and served hot. They have a variety of entrees to choose from. The staff was attentive to our needs as well as professional and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable considering all the amenities included. I highly recommend The Americus Hotel for a wedding or any other function. Mother of the Groom

One of the other special things about Terry is that she concerned about the other Professionals, to insure they have the space they need, convey the changes in last minute timing and in our case, the schedule allows for the very memorable images we will create – truly a team player! As for Shepard Hills Country Club, it is a beautiful venue. When we started out in our business we worked there often. It then went through some management changes, all for the better and it has been recently restored to its current splendor. It is not overstated yet stunning, with ample seating areas, spacious dance floor and refreshment area. On top oof that you have the Country Club grounds and outside casual areas, couple all that with an Outstanding Chef, banquet team and one of the Best Managers in and around the Lehigh Valley, what more could you ask for.

Working with Lisa at Ash Mill Farm was an excellent experience! I absolutely loved that Ash Mill met all our criteria in a wedding venue -- being able to stay on site all weekend, high class catering, a rustic boho vibe, etc. And it was a great price compared to other venues! Lisa was extremely professional, communicative, and helpful. On the big day, she made me feel so at ease knowing that she had everything covered and I could confidently just relax and enjoy the day. Also the rest of the wedding venue staff were amazing and super sweet. Ash Mill was everything we were looking for and more!

We had our wedding at The Fuge and were so happy with our choice! Gene and his team were incredibly communicative, kind, and willing to make our vision a reality throughout the whole planning process. On our big day, Gene coordinated everything and took care of all the details so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were even given upgrades like upgraded chairs and couches that really elevated the space. The Fuge has fantastic onsite catering and is such a unique, one-of-a-kind venue that was perfect for our wedding. All of our guests raved about what a fun event it was and how much they enjoyed themselves. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Fuge to any couple looking for a great wedding venue with wonderful coordination and delicious food in a truly distinctive space!

First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.

We chose Philmont for our 11/03/2023 wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the venue and the staff (special shout out to Ariel and Jimmy). We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was, which thrilled me and my husband to hear. Ariel was who I coordinated with for months, and she deserves all the good praise in the world. She was always helpful and responsive, which is key for a bride-to-be who is juggling the plethora of responsibilities and vendors prior to the big day. She was absolutely a key member of the team to ensure everything with smoothly, and had endless patience for my many questions. I would recommend her to anyone. With the recent construction going on outside the venue, my husband and I were filled with trepidation as that was something that started up a few months before our wedding day, but the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that was nothing but a hiccup on the day. We received so much praise for the venue and the outdoor ceremony space, and our guests stated that everything was beautiful. Jimmy was incredible during our Tasting, and helped us pick the perfect menu for our guests. We chose the plated option (Filet, Tuscan Chicken, and Honey-Soy Salmon), and their Honey-Soy Salmon was a massive hit with myself and the guests who ordered it. We also heard endless compliments for the appetizers and stations serviced during cocktail hour. Jimmy was a huge help to us when it came to picking the perfect menu, and was also an excellent Day-Of coordinator. He made sure everything was running smoothly on the wedding day, and helped our rather large party line up and walk for the ceremony. The staff here are truly what made this experience incredible, and it's thanks to them that we had our perfect day.

Some bullet points of things we LOVED: -the hotel rooms are cozy, individual, and inviting, with space for all the hotel guests to chill and hang out -North Shore picked us up from my parent's lake house on the other side of the lake in their 2 pontoon boats, and we had a blast riding to the ceremony -everything was meticulously set up, from the beautiful white chairs to the signs we had made -Can't stress how beautiful the outdoor ceremony was -My husband and I scheduled 5 minutes alone together in the bocce ball quart after the ceremony during cocktail hour, and the staff had pre set a plate of hors d'ouvres and 2 cocktails there for us so we didn't miss any of the food -One of the waitresses told my husband and I at the start of the night that she was going to make sure we ate enough and drank enough water throughout the night- she was so sweet, and several times made sure we had cocktails and champagne. -The dance floor was big enough for all of our friends and family to dance- we were on the floor the entire night! - We used all of the North Shore House's preferred vendors (Platinum Band, Karen's Kreations, Orchard Street photography, Stocker Bus) and couldn't have been happier with their suggestions -We did an after party in the back bar- super fun! "We had our ceremony and reception at The Ardmore Music Hall July 2017 and would choose it all over again! Our guests rave to us still that it was the coolest and best wedding they have ever attended. Our first batch of Manayunk Brewing Company beer was tapped on October 17, 1996. Our brewers continue to explore new takes on classic styles, especially when it comes to sour ales and India Pale Ales. Where do I even begin? We got married at the Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn on May 23, 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire wedding planning process was made easy thanks to everyone at the OldMill Inn and Grain House. They are very responsive, which is crucial when planning a wedding. My grandmother and grandfather had their wedding reception here back in 1957, so I knew I wanted to meet with them to discuss having my wedding there. It was the first and only venue we met with. After going on a tour and discussing the different packages with Lea, I was sold. They take care of your accommodations, catering, bar, cake, tables, chairs, etc. My wedding planning “to-do” list was cut in half! Everyone is so accommodating and they really work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly. So many guests told us how they never experienced wedding food to this level. Everything was DELICIOUS! Better yet, we actually got to eat as the bride and groom. The property itself is gorgeous. John was our Matre d’ and he was the best! He made sure we stayed on time, he ran food from the cocktail hour to me and my husband when we were taking photos, and he coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Once again I had guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he is. I also had guests reach out after to tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of our vendors were fantastic but the Old Mill Inn and Grain House really did the bulk of the work to make it an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was wonderful to stay in, everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day, everything was perfect and I really have the Old Mill Inn and the Grain House to thank for that. I would recommend the Old Mill Inn and the GrainHouse to anyone planning a wedding. It really is the ONLY choice in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

Chester County History Center is an exceptional and unique historic wedding venue located in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA. Convenient to Hotel Warner, boutique shops, galleries and restaurants and minutes away from major Brandywine Valley attractions, our venue is the perfect spot to make history together! This beautiful historic building, offering many photo opportunities, was built for the YMCA in 1908, then purchased and renovated by CCHC in 1993. Your guests will also have access to the award winning museum's many galleries in Horticultural Hall, designed by Thomas Ustick Walter and built in 1849. This building has the distinction of housing the first Pennsylvania women's rights convention in 1852 among other influential historic events and performances by well-known 19th century entertainers.

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. If you want a unique, convenient, and affordable venue for your wedding reception, do not hesitate to check out CCHC!!

Stunning venue - the display garden is truly a one in a million place to get married. We initially planned to have our cocktail hour outdoors as we wanted to highlight the reflecting pool but unfortunately the weather didn’t permit - we had cocktail hour inside and it was still incredible. The whole team there was impressive and the food was truly delicious. My standards for wedding food are pretty low but it was excellent, and many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (and they’d eat it again if they could). The whole team was lovely to work with. So, so glad we got married here!!
