I started photography in 2017 and after being a part of many weddings, engagements, and family sessions, I still love what I do and I am deeply dedicated to serving my clients. I consider myself a storyteller and love capturing the little details, the half-smiles, and the simple motions. For me, it is about seeing the real, the lovely, and the messy moments, the everyday magic that tells the stories of our lives. Hi, I'm Shanté! My love story with photography began at an early age - Around 7 or 8, I began collecting old pictures of my family, many taken before I was even born. I loved hearing the background story behind each polaroid, featuring beloved members of my family, some of which I never got the pleasure to meet. I was mesmerized by the fact that a single image could be so meaningful, so precious, and so nostalgic. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I moved to South Carolina in 2014, and it was the best move I have ever made. The slower paced lifestyle is definitely my jam. I have a Pitbull named Sandy who loves to play and of course eat plenty of treats. I am a huge animal lover and volunteer often at a local animal shelter taking photos to help the pups get adopted. In my free time I am baking or doing anything DIY. I love to explore new places, but I especially love the beach!
