Matterhorn is a highly versatile venue suitable for both large-scale and intimate celebrations. The space is a timeless blend of charm and modern amenities. Established in 1977, Matterhorn has become one of Elkhart’s most treasured and long-standing venues. The expansive building features three separate banquet halls, all of which can be combined to accommodate larger gatherings. The East Room is the venue’s smallest space and provides a cozy setting for up to 80 people. The helpful staff can easily join the East, Oak, and West Rooms into a combination that best suits the desired needs and capacity. Linking all three rooms allows for a large dance floor and gives 500 guests ample room to mix and mingle.

Hamilton Lake's Cold Springs evolved from a 1870 farm purchase by Simpson Watkins. By 1885, Watkins Grove hosted picnics, leading to a hotel (1898), dance hall, and early 1900s recreation. Cold Springs Cottage Park, platted in 1896, grew significantly, with a unique leasing system. Sundays featured bands and speakers. Visitors arrived by train. A larger hotel opened in 1914, and the dance hall became a central draw with live music. A beach area developed later. The hotel prospered through the 20th century, adding a bar and modernizing. An 18-hole golf course was built. Dancing remained popular with big bands, later transitioning to rock. Today, Cold Springs offers a hotel, dining, bar, beach, golf, cottages, and retro dances, still family-run after five generations.

Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining.
