HOW IT ALL BEGAN As a child the best times were our Family Gatherings. Every weekend we would meet at one of our relative’s house where Our Family would meet for huge dinners and all types of special occasions. Ever since I've been recreating that atmosphere. My first jobs were working at a bakery, restaurant, catering company and butcher shop. In 1982 I started my business AAA Royal Catering. Today 39 years later with the help of my wife, children and dedicated staff we continue to bring Long Island the best in food and service. We welcome the opportunity to serve you.

The Rollex Band is a seven or nine-piece band based out of the Baltimore/Washington area. The band has been together for 20 years performing for casinos, weddings, corporate affairs, clubs, and parties. We are very fortunate to have great performers and talent in one band.
