This a working family-owned farm. All of the wooden structures have been built with wood off this land. We also have a pick-your-own blueberry operation in June and July. We currently have an country setting venue just miles from downtown Raleigh.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

The Jiddi Space & Courtyard, part of Raleigh's Helig-Levine Complex, comprises four historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s. Originally a furniture and dry goods store, the space evolved into a stockroom for Heilig-Levine Furniture Store. Restored by Empire Properties in 2005, it now serves as an event venue managed by neighboring restaurants Sitti and Gravy. Hosting parties, weddings, and events, it retains its historic charm with market lights and a rich heritage spanning nearly 150 years.

The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Couples can accommodate up to 132 guests at this venue. The lush garden serves as a memorable backdrop as you say “I do” in front of your loved ones. You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. A wrap-around balcony creates a tranquil site for guests to socialize and admire the sunset. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places.
