We love putting smiles on the faces of all who plan with us. Whitetail Acres was created in 2020 with the ever-changing demands of weddings and wedding styles in mind. We strive to meet the needs of everyone who chooses Whitetail Acres to make their wedding or other event one that they will never forget. We have a team dedicated to turning a vision into a reality. ​We offer a wide variety of decor to choose from for any event with help from a decorator, if desired. Our vendor network is one that we are proud to have obtained and we work closely with each individual vendor to help your day go just right. Our capacity of 450, like none other, gives you the ability to have a larger guest list. Let us help you make your special event memorable.

The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. You choose the vendors you want to use. We set up the tables and chairs for you and put the tablecloths on. We also have Edison bulb lights strung between the 3 beams. We can accommodate 250 at The Barn.

Impress your guests with the color, fragrance, and unique settings at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory. Located in downtown Fort Wayne, the Conservatory offers beautiful gardens and a variety of unique spaces for your wedding reception and ceremony. Rent the Full-Facility for your big day on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening. Other spaces are available weekdays, weekday evenings and Saturday/Sunday daytime.

Bloom & Bower is located on a private 6 acre country estate in Risingsun, Ohio, conveniently located near Toledo, Bowling Green, and Findlay, Ohio. We offer outdoor ceremonies on our Ceremony Lawn/ Gazebo area, or in our Secret Garden. Guests will enjoy exploring the grounds, sipping a drink by the pond, or playing yard games! Couples spend their wedding night in our onsite Barn B&B, and will enjoy an stress-free wedding day! We offer staffing to handle set-up, tear-down, day-of coordination services, and access to our ample decor supply. Our Reception Barn and covered awning space can accommodate up to 200 guests. Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 6,000 sq. ft. of space for events of all sizes large and small. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.
